yoongi's eyes widened when he heard what jungkook just said. "what!? not when i look like this he's not." yoongi quickly stood up and tried to get changed but jungkook just pulled him back down on his bed.
"yes, when you look like this. you need to show jimin that this affected you just like it did him. if he shows up and you look like you're perfectly fine, he's gonna hate you even more." jungkook said and yoongi immediately frowned at the youngers words.
"he hates me?" yoongi asked in his broken voice and jungkook sighed, shaking his head.
"no yoongi, i didn't mean it like that." jungkook said and yoongi sighed, jumping slightly when there was a knock on the door. "could you get it?" yoongi asked jungkook, pulling his blankets and pillows closer to his body for comfort.
"course. just be honest with him yoongi, that's all he wants." jungkook kissed yoongi's forehead before leaving the room and going to answer the front door.
when he opened the door, jimin and taehyung were standing there bickering about whether or not this was a good idea and jungkook rolled his eyes at the two.
"he's in his room. go in with an open mind chim.. he loves you." jungkook said and jimin sighed, rubbing his eyes before stepping inside yoongi's house that he was so used to. "i love him too... thanks for your help guys." jimin hugged his two friends before shooing them away so that he could talk to yoongi alone.
taehyung and jungkook quickly walked over to jungkook's car, getting in and sighing as they both slumped in their seats.
"so much for a good morning." jungkook smiled and taehyung chuckled, shaking his head as he leaned over and kissed the boys cheek. "i still don't think it was a bad morning. jimin and yoongi will for sure get together after this." taehyung said as jungkook started driving to a café so that they could get something to eat.
"yeah i think so too. but i think they'll call hoseok first." jungkook said and taehyung hummed as he grabbed one of jungkook's hands, intertwining their fingers.
"hopefully everything works out." taehyung said as jungkook pulled into the café parking lot, parking and turning off the car before turning towards taehyung. "it'll all work out." jungkook smiled reassuringly and squeezed taehyung's hand before letting go so that he could get out of his car.
their hands connected once more as they walked into the café and chose a small booth to sit at.
they ordered what they wanted easily, already knowing what they wanted because they come to this place so often.
"i'm glad i met you tae... if i didn't, i don't think my life would be as fun." jungkook smiled and taehyung raised an eyebrow at the younger as a small smile danced on his lips. "really?"
jungkook nodded as he played with the males long fingers. "yeah i mean i probably wouldn't have come out to my parents and i'd definitely still be a virgin. i wouldn't have ever left home and we truly have jimin to thank for all this. he was the one who put our numbers in each others phones." jungkook said and taehyung hummed, letting jungkook mess with his fingers cause he seemed to be enjoying it.
"i didn't know you were a virgin." taehyung said and jungkook nodded, his cheeks turning a light shade of red. "yeah i was but i didn't mind giving my virginity to you at the time. i still don't regret it." jungkook smiled shyly and taehyung smiled, reaching out with his free hand to caress jungkook's cheek softly.
"i was a virgin too if that makes you feel any better." taehyung said and jungkook looked up at him in surprise but before he could ask, the waitress came back with their orders.
they thanked her and she nodded, leaving them alone and jungkook blurted out the first question that came to mind.
"you're that hot and you were still a virgin?" jungkook asked and taehyung laughed, almost spitting out his drink all over the table. "i could ask you the same thing." taehyung winked and jungkook blushed, shaking his head.
"i don't believe you." jungkook said and taehyung sighed. "i don't even have any condoms in my house. that literally screams virgin." taehyung said and jungkook giggled, covering his mouth so that he could control his laughter a little.
"my friends bought me a bunch of condoms, lube, and sex toys for my eighteenth birthday." jungkook said and taehyung's eyes widened in slight surprise, knowing jungkook's friends were weird but he didn't think they were that weird.
"you have weird friends." taehyung said and jungkook hummed as he took a sip of the drink he got.
then he realized something.
he didn't know all that much about taehyung despite all the time they spend together. he knew all the deep stuff but he didn't know the simple things like taehyung's favorite color.
"tae, tell me about you. i want to know all the simple little details."
taehyung smiled and began talking about his favorite color, his favorite foods, what his childhood was like, and what he wants to do with his life.
they sat in that café for what felt like hours just talking about themselves and finding out the little things they had in common.
by the time they decided to leave, jungkook had moved to the other side of the table to sit beside taehyung so that he could cuddle with him. jungkook had his head resting on taehyung's chest as the older talked about himself while running his hands through the smaller boys soft hair.
jungkook almost fell asleep in taehyung's arms which made taehyung chuckle, thinking the boy was overly cute.
"let's go home, kookie." taehyung said and jungkook hummed as he placed a generous tip on the table for the waitress who had to deal with them for the couple hours they were there.
"time for cuddles."
