taehyung groaned loudly through the phone, making jungkook laugh.
"you really wanna see me that bad? you can't go one night without me?" jungkook asked as he pulled off his sweats, grabbing one of taehyung's shirts and pulling it over his head. "i mean i could but it wouldn't be ideal." taehyung said and jungkook giggled, pulling his blanket over his body.
"well i'm going facetime my friends while you decide exactly how bad you wanna see me." jungkook said and taehyung hummed, letting out an exasperated sigh. "persuade me in one sentence before you hang up." taehyung said and jungkook smirked, clearing his throat before he spoke.
"my parents left earlier and aren't coming back for two months." jungkook said seductively and then hung up, calling all his friends right after that.
"hey kookie~!" jimin sung happily as he answered the call, yoongi and hoseok not answering because they were with jimin. "hey kook." namjoon said and seokjin waved as he cuddled closer to namjoon so that they could both be seen.
"aw you all are so cute all cuddled up with your— wait.. jimin, are all three of you dating yet?" jungkook asked and jimin rolled his eyes while blush slowly appeared on his chubby cheeks. "yes." jimin said and jungkook squealed, clapping his hands together.
"it's about time!" jungkook said, namjoon and seokjin agreeing with the youngest. "it's sad that i wasn't able to see jungkook's nudes beforehand." yoongi said and was immediately smacked by both of his boyfriends while jungkook laughed his ass off.
"my nudes are old news." jungkook giggled but perked up when his front door opened. "my cuddle buddy is here." he smiled as taehyung walked into his room, immediately taking off his shirt and his shoes before plopping down on jungkook's bed.
"long time no see." jungkook whispered and taehyung hummed, ignoring him and wrapping his arms around jungkook's waist while resting his head on the youngers chest.
"so when are you and taehyung gonna start dating?" hoseok asked and jungkook rolled his eyes as he ran his hands through taehyung's soft hair. "whenever we feel like it." taehyung said and jungkook blushed, becoming flustered because of what taehyung said.
"wow. kookie is growing up." seokjin fake cried and namjoon laughed while he 'comforted' jin.
the group of friends talked for about an hour before deciding that it was getting late and they were all getting tired.
jungkook said goodbye to his friends before putting his phone on the charger and setting it on his nightstand.
"how was dinner with your parents?" jungkook asked and taehyung shrugged, leaning up and kissing the youngers cheek. "good but i'm still hungry." taehyung whispered, latching his lips onto jungkook's jaw which made the boy smile.
"oh yeah?" jungkook asked, gasping quietly and fluttering his eyes shut when taehyung began sucking and nipping at his neck to mark him. "mhm, haven't had my daily serving of jeon jungkook." taehyung mumbled and jungkook giggled, helping taehyung remove his shirt.
"that was really cheesy." jungkook smiled which made taehyung smile too. "i know." taehyung said, kissing jungkook softly and slowly.
there was something about this time that made the two want to take things slow, wanting to take their time and enjoy every last minute of having each other.
"you sure this is okay?" taehyung checked with jungkook, wanting the younger to feel comfortable and secure when he was with him. "of course tae. it's perfect." jungkook whispered, wrapping his arms around taehyung's neck and pulling him in for a kiss.
jungkook tangled his fingers in taehyung's hair as their lips molded together perfectly like they were meant to be.
taehyung was so right about that fate bullshit. jungkook thought and smiled against taehyung's lips as their bodies rocked against one another's.
jungkook wanted to tell taehyung exactly how he felt about him. every last feeling he had for the older. he just wanted to let it all go and tell taehyung the truth but he couldn't.
he felt like he found his soulmate.
taehyung was too perfect.
he was far too good to be true and jungkook didn't want to fall for him just to get his heart broken.
and so he fell for him but he wouldn't admit to it, not for a second, because he was too scared to be rejected. he was so afraid that he didn't notice how taehyung looked at him.
he didn't notice how taehyung cherished every single moment they spent together. every touch, every kiss, and every look taehyung cherished.
taehyung wanted jungkook so bad and there was no other way to put it. he wanted to be able to call jungkook his and he wanted to know that no one could come and steal him away.
he fell for jungkook the night they had their so called one night stand and, at this point, he was afraid of losing him.
taehyung contemplated asking the younger to be his everyday but he wasn't sure if jungkook was ready for that yet. he didn't know if the younger wanted to be tied down in a relationship. was he even ready for that type of commitment?
we're not talking about marriage.
just simply boyfriends.
that's all taehyung wanted. all he wanted was jungkook to be his officially.
taehyung felt like jungkook was a once in a lifetime opportunity and he didn't want to be stupid and miss the opportunity to have such a perfect man in his life.
even if it didn't work out in the long run, he at least wanted to try and make something work between them.
he wanted to take advantage of the time he spends with jungkook because not everyone is as lucky as he is.
not everyone has a jeon jungkook.
but he does and he can't be dumb about this.
"jungkook?" taehyung whispered and jungkook looked up at him from where he was resting his head on his chest. "yes tae?"
"i think i'm in love with you."
