Ok guys and gals im back from my Fall break and am going to write more rants. Depending on if you guys can still find my rants. Cause as you all have noticed the damn new profiles. Which I will also add MAKE IT HARDER TO FIND STORIES! Which is probably why some of my regular readers wont find this rant. So I dont even know why im writing this. Maybe I have hope you guys will Actually see this. Anyway onto the rant!
Ok so there is a lot of stuff wrong with these new profiles. The old ones were easy to navigate and look over and figure out. This new one looks like it's all over the place and has no center. the damn bio is off to the left side in a writing style that is hard to see in the first place so when someones looking over your profile they will 7 times out of 10 never see it!
Next we have the Message board. ITS GONE. Completely removed. Now all thats left is this weird list of what they have been doing with their stories and when you leave a comment on it they will most likely NOT EVEN SEE IT and nobody is able to communicate outside the inbox. If you leave a comment on a story well hopefully the writer of that story checks the comments regularly and will see it by random chance cause Aint no way in hell they will find your comment on their profile. Maybe in the News feed?
And finally the status. ITS GONE. Some people might complain about the status but it was actually VERY HELPFUL. If someone is writing a story you enjoy and everything else in the news feed was too hard to read and look through well guess what? Right there is a status from the writer that will say a new chapter has been written! Oh Wow we are able to understand this! NOPE! Status is gone. No idea why but wattpad had the need to remove a lot of the good things it had.
Wattpad I dont know how much longer I can stay here. if you keep making bad decisions.
Fix the problem. Fix all the problems you have and then when you're done fixing then start upgrading. Make sure when you upgrade that it doesnt TAKE AWAY from what we do on wattpad.
