Pete's P.O.V
"How is she," the doctor turns around after replacing the IV bag.
"She's doing ok. You are very lucky that she lived," the doctor looks at the bruises on her then gives me a glare. Everybody at this hospital thinks that we abuse her.
"Once the rest of the family comes, I would like to speak to you about something," she then walks out the door leaving me with a motionless Emily.
I walk over and take a seat in the chair beside the hospital bed. I listen to the heart beat and silently thank God that she's alive.
"Gosh," Patrick says stumbling into the room. Andy and Joe rush in behind him laughing.
"Should I ask?" I ask raising my eyebrows. They all look at each other and shake their head before taking a seat in the empty chairs.
"The doctor said she wanted to talk to us once you guys get here. I don't know what it is though," just then the doctor comes in.
"So I don't know if you know this or something but you daughter might be suffering with depression," I look around and see everyone else in shock.
"When she came in to the hospital we thought you might abuse her, hints why she would harm herself. By the looks on your face I'm pretty sure you didn't know this. I'm not going to say anything else, that is for her to say if she wants to. But I would suggest you get a therapist. I will check up on you a little later," she smiles before shutting the door leaving us in an awkward silence.
"Daddy?"
