My mind feels fractured. Like something has broken in half. I can faintly hear screams coming from somewhere, but I can't figure out from where. It feels like my brain is doing somersaults. There are so many pictures flashing before my eyes, I don't know what to focus on. My vision begins to flash in and out. I see the bedroom in front of me for a second, but then I am pulled into another vision. They just won't stop coming. The screams get louder and I realize that they are coming from me. I feel hands on each side of my face, holding my head in place. I stop screaming and whimper, before being pulled into another vision and the screams begin again.

Sam's P.O.V.
Cassie falls back against the bed and I watch in horror as she begins to convulse. I grab her arms, yelling her name. I hold her face in my hands, keeping her head still. I watch in horror as her eyes roll back into her head.
"Cassie! No! What's going on? Please talk to me!" Her eyes flutter open and shut every couple seconds. I put my hands on her cheeks, holding her head steady. "Cassie, tell me what to do." I plead with her. She won't answer me. She can't even keep her eyes open for more than a couple seconds before she starts screaming again. I jump off the bed, quickly pulling on a pair of pants and snap my fingers, clothing Cassie. I turn to the television and call out.
"Alastair! Alastair please I need your help!" The screen blips on and he is standing before me.
"Father. I left only minutes ago? What seems to be the problem?" He sees the frantic look in my eyes, and his face turns to worry.
"Please help, something is wrong with Cassie!" He looks behind me to the bed and sees Cassie. His face pales and he immediately jumps out of the screen and runs over to her.
"Father, what happened?" He looks back at me with a terrified look in his eyes.
"I kissed her, and seconds later she just started screaming. I don't know what's going on! Please. can you help her?" I cry out. Did I cause this? Is this a repercussion for making her move too quickly? The possibilities running through my head just hurt. He places his hands on her cheeks and closes his eyes. He opens them seconds later.
"Get Vasilissa. I can not heal her on my own." I nod and run out of the room. I run to the living room where we were all gathered earlier. I run in and the second everyone sees the worried look on my face, they all rise from their seats.
"Father? Is something wrong?" Kai asks gently. I nod my head quickly.
"You better all come. Lissa, I need your help." I turn around and begin to run back to the bedroom, and I hear their footsteps behind me. I run into the room and Alastair has stopped the convulsing, but Cassie's eyes are still fluttering open and shut constantly. Lissa pushes past me and with a grumble she walks over to Cassie and pushes Alastair away from her.
"You don't touch her. Let me fix this." I frown at Lissa's behavior, but I don't focus on it for too long because the second she touches Cassie, her eyes close and her body seems to relax. I walk to the side of the bed and grab Alastair's arm. I whisper under my breath to him.
"Lissa should be able to take it from here. I will call you the second your mother wakes up." He nods and walks back over to the television, disappearing into the screen. Katherine and Kai come up behind me and each grab one of my hands. Kai sniffles and squeezes my hand. Lissa mutters something under her breath and Cassie begins breathing softly, a light snore escaping her mouth. I feel a collective sigh of relief go through all the kids. Lissa stands and walks over to us.
