Y/n pov

You knew the game was starting soon so you ran out into the ran and caught the Hufflepuff team going to the pitch.

"Hey Ced!" You called out to him. The Hufflepuff captain turned and saw you running towards him.

"Y/n, I'm happy to see you but why so close to the match?" Cedric asked.

"I just wanted to wish you good luck, and with the weather I want you and your team to be safe." You told him. You smiled and hugged the captain.

"Good luck Ced. Please be safe the weather isn't on your side." You said before leavening him to go to the pitch in the rain. You on your way in to find Hermione and Ron you saw the Gryffindor team.

"Ey, Wood, Harry, Weasleys!" You called making the team stop and look over at you some of the team scoffed seeing a Slytherin approach them.

"Good luck out there Harry. You two Fred, George." You said half smiling at them before turning to Oliver wood the worried looking Capitan. "Wood, don't look so worried, your team is great, you'll give Hufflepuff a good run." You told the boy. He nodded at you and the rest of the Gryffindor team understood you meant only good and lighten up to your presence.

You wished the whole team good luck as you were about to run off you took Harry's glasses.

"What are you-?" Harry started but you cut him off.

"It's windy and raining out there, you won't be able to see," You took out your wand. "Impervius." You cast tapping his glasses. You smiled. "it'll repel water." You told him. Wood looked at you so proud before you made your way.

Cedric pov

"Who was she?" Heidi Macavoy one of my chasers asked.

"Just a friend of mine." I told her.

"Sure." Heidi said sassily.

"What's that supposed to mean Heidi?" I ask her.

"We all saw how you looked at her." Anthony chimed in.

"You don't have to be ashamed of it you know." Maxine added.

"Will you guys calm it. We have a game. And she's just my friend.  She's very supportive of everything all her friends do." I explained annoyed as we got into the change rooms.

"Okay, but what about the way she looks at you?" Maxine asked.

"She doesn't look at me like that." I say. She doesn't look at me like some of the other girls do. She's different.

"Maybe but you're a good-looking man Cedric." Maxine stated.

"Focus up. We have a match." I scolded the group for thinking like that. They need to focus.

They laughed as they made their way to the crowd filled pitch.

Harry pov

After Y/n had helped me with my glasses and we made our way into the howling winds the team asked who she was.

"Our friend. She's in Slytherin if that wasn't obvious." George said.

"Yeah, but why wish us good luck, it feels like sabotage." Alicia muttered.

"No she wouldn't." I jumped to her defense.

"Does she have friends on other teams?" Alicia asked skeptical.

"Yeah, but she's a good person. She'd never sabotage us." I reassure them.

"Okay. Whatever you say."
