Just like Before

Chapter 5

*GRACE POV*

I am really excited for today because my parents, Jillian and Cameron are coming to visit. We are all going to stay in a beach house we rented for 6 days, and Carly and Nash will be there too, as well as Hayes and Sammy.

"The more the merrier!" my mom said as we were planning it a few weeks ago.

The beach house is about a mile away from our apartment, and it's right on the beach. It's 3:00 now and we will be going to the beach house at around 5. Instead of my parents spending the night here and then all going to the house together like we originally planned, we are all going to meet there.

Sammy and I just got back from a run and I'm getting ready to shower. I play some music through my phone and set it on a shelf in the bathroom.

I love listening to music in the shower, it just makes me happy.. I guess.

Once I got out I put on some mike shorts and a T-shirt, and let my hair air dry.

"Sammy want me to make some Mac n' cheese?" I called out to her as she was in her room getting changed.

"Yeah sure." she yelled back. We love Mac n' cheese. (well who doesn't?)

Almost ten minutes later I finished the Mac n' cheese and Sammy and I were eating at the table.

"I'm so excited." she said with a mouth full.

"Me too."

"I love your family. Their like my second family and I feel like their 4th daughter."

I nodded in agreement. "That's pretty true actually." I laughed.

"And I bet you're excited to spend some time with Hayes." she wiggled her eyebrows at me.

"I mean I guess." I said trying to hold back a smile.

"Bitch don't even try anything with me I know you like him."

"Whatever." I said getting up from the table, putting my bowl in the sink. We both went upstairs to pack for our "trip".

"Oh my god this is amazing." Sammy said in awe as we pulled in the driveway of the beach house. It's really nice and is a good size for the low price we got.

We got out of the car and raced inside to look around. The people who own this house really know how to decorate. It's really nice inside.

We had to get a pretty decent sized house because there are 9 people staying in it. There are 3 bedrooms with two twin beds in them. And there is one more room with a bigger bed for my parents.

Sammy and I picked a room and set our bags down. It was 5:15, so my parents should be here any minute. Jillian and Cameron will come in the morning, and Nash and Carly will come in a few hours.

"Grace!!" my mom basically screamed as she and my dad came in the house.

"Mom! Dad I missed you!!" I said as I hugged them both.

"We missed you too how is everything?" my dad asked concerned.

"Everything's fine Dad don't worry. I would call I something was up." I assured him and he looked relieved. I heard my phone buzz and I went to check it.

"Carly and Nash will be here in 5 minutes!" I called to them. I walked back in the room where we were and we just caught up on things.

A few minutes later Nash and Carly walked in, and a few minutes later, Hayes..
