Just like Before

Chapter 10

*GRACE POV*

After the big meal yesterday, everyone went on the beach for hours, and now we have to leave. I'm really sad about leaving because I'll really miss everyone who doesn't live here. I was finishing packing up my bags when Nash came in my room.

"Hey." he said as he popped in the doorway.

"Hi Nash." I smiled.

"I just want to let you know that I'm really happy about you and Hayes, and I hope you two last. You guys deserve it." he said.

"Awh thanks Nash." I smiled as I went up to hug him. "And you better be taking care of Carly." I smirked and he laughed.

"I am." he assured and left the room. After packing everything up and loading it into the car, everyone was saying goodbye to each other in the front yard.

"Bye mom and dad, I'll miss you." I frowned as I engulfed them into a hug. I really will miss my parents a lot, because once you've been away from them, you appreciate them even more when you do see them.

"Be careful sweetie. I love you so much." my mom replied.

"Yes, be careful." my dad said rather sternly. After what happened with Carly and Jillian, he's been stressing to me how he doesn't want me to have a baby just yet.

Next I moved on to Cam and Jillian. "Jillian I'm going to miss you so much." I groaned.

"Me too Grace. Be safe okay? And have fun with everything." she smiled. I returned the smile and said bye to Cameron after hugging him.

Hayes was riding with Sammy and I, so we all got into the car and drove off. My parents, Jillian, and Cam will be going to the airport and taking a plane back to their homes.

"I'm sad this trip is over." Sammy sighed while stopping at a stoplight.

"Me too, it was really fun." I sighed while looking out the window.

"I wish they could stay for longer." Hayes mumbled and I nodded in agreement.

Once we arrived to Hayes' house, he got out of the car, kissed me through my open window of the car and headed into his house. We drove off and got to our apartment a few minutes later.

Once Sammy and I got home we both put our bags by the door and ran to the fridge and pantry to get food.

"There is literally nothing to eat." I said with a sad face.

"We need to go shopping now before I cut a bitch." Sammy said seriously.

We both rushed out to the car and drove to the nearest grocery store. It was a quick in and out trip, so we got everything we needed and a lot of stuff we didn't, and headed back home.

"So how are you and Hayes?" Sammy blurted out. We were washing dishes, even if it's 10pm, so that we wouldn't have to do it in the morning.

"Good," I smiled at the mention of his name. "really good."

"I see." she smirked. All of a sudden, the doorbell rang.

"Who the hell is at our door this late?" I groaned as made my way over to the door. I swung it opened and someone was standing facing away from the door.

He slowly turned around and it took me a few seconds to realize who he was, but then it clicked.

"Oh my god." I said under my breath.
