*JILLIAN POV*
"Do you want these?" Cameron asked me as he held up a package of crackers in the grocery store.
"Yeah sure." I nodded. I was pushing the shopping cart down the aisle and he was walking behind me, every once in a while throwing items in the cart. My
phone started ringing, so I pulled it out and saw that Grace was calling me.
"Hello?"
"Jillian! You will not believe who I hung out with." Grace said excitedly.
"Who? And by the way how was the move?" I curiously asked her as I pulled the cart to the side of the aisle so I was not blocking anyone's space.
"Great thanks for asking, and Hayes."
"Hayes Grier?"
"Duh what other Hayes do I know?" she laughed.
"What did you guys do?"
"We just hung out all day together and it was really fun. I feel like we are best friends again." I could practically hear her smile growing through the phone.
"Aw I'm happy for you. Its so weird though I mean, you haven't seen each other for almost 5 years and what happened? Did you just run into each other?" I questioned.
"Yes. Literally, actually. I Was at the grocery store with Sammy and I ran into him." she giggled.
"Oh my god." I laughed. "Well I got to go sorry but I'll text you later."
"Okay bye Jillian." with that, I hung up and turned to Cameron who was scrolling on his phone.
"Grace?" he asked. I nodded and he smiled.
"How is she doing? I miss her a lot." he frowned.
"She's great, and she ran into Hayes today." I explained. His mouth dropped a little.
"Seriously? I hope they end up together again." he half smiled.
"Me too. I think everyone does actually." Carly, Nash, Cameron and I always knew that Hayes and Grace would find each other again eventually. They are just meant to be. Ive always thought that.
After our grocery trip, we headed home and for the rest of the day we watched movies.
*GRACE POV*
"Ugh." I groaned as my phone started ringing from the other side of the room. I slowly got off the couch where Sammy and I were watching season 2 of The Fosters on Netflix.
I grabbed my phone right before it stopped ringing and answered it.
"Hello?"
"Hey sweetie!" My mom yelled from the other end of the line.
"Sorry I didn't call yesterday, things have been kind of hectic." I laughed.
"I understand, it's okay. How are things? How's the apartment and the move?" she asked eagerly.
"Everything was great! No problems, and I love the apartment."
"That's good news I'm happy you're happy. And say hi to Sammy for me."
"Sammy my mom says hi!!" I yelled at Sammy.
"Hey Grace's mom!" she yelled back and I laughed. I saw Sammy jump up from the couch as soon as I was about to hang up. She grabbed my phone before I could press end.
"What the fuck?" I mumbled.
"Sorry." she laughed. "Mrs. Bensen?"
"Yes Sammy?" my mom laughed. Sammy put it on speaker.
