Another one-shot based on an idea from pcttergranger , never apologize for ideas, yours are awesome.
I did get two more ideas for one-shots so I will do those in the order the request came in. And there is still at least one more opportunity for one fo your ideas to be made into a one shot, so please comment. Even if you are not the first, I will either choose the one I like best or do all requests I get.
Also, I promise this is the last thing, I'm starting college next week, so updates might not happen on time, like this week (sorry). Also I am moving the day I publish one-shots from Monday to Sunday. I will try my best to publish them on time but I cannot guarantee that, especially during the first few weeks. But don't worry, I will be back!

"Hey, Percy!" Leo called, strutting into the area, the flames in his hand dissapaiting.
Percy and Annabeth paused and lowered their weapons. Percy wiped sweat from his forehead while Annabeth grabbed her water bottle. "Yeah?"
Leo walked up to them, a very young camper trailing behind him. "Could you watch the new guy for a while, Chiron wants him supervised." Leo motioned the the kid behind him then leaned in closer. "I think it's because he's so young." He whispered before turning.
"Wait," Percy called and Leo turn back. "Did Chiron ask you to watch him?"
"You know, I can't actually remember, fully, what Chiron may or may not have said. Actually it's all kinda fuzzy. I don't know, I'll take a nap and let you know later." Leo rushed off, he momentarily paused at the arena entrance and waved back at Percy. "Owe you one!" He called.
"This makes five!" Percy called back.
Annabeth laughed at she returned to his side. Together, their gaze drifted to the young camper Leo just dumped on them. The sight of him made Annabeth freeze, Percy dropped his sword. The kid was only about seven, the age Annabeth was when she came to camp. But that wasn't the strange part. He was blonde with features shared by most Hermes kids. His eyes were blue and tracing down his face was a faint white birthmark, almost like a very familiar scar...
"Luke?" Annabeth breathed.
The kid looked up at her, moving his attention from the small sword he had grabbed from the weapons rack. "My name's Lucas. Chiron said I'm a son of Hermes." The kid responded, his eyes moving from Annabeth to follow Percy as he slowly picked up his sword from the ground.
Percy capped Riptide and returned it to his pocket, his eyes not straying from Lucas. "I'm Percy."
"Annabeth." She contributed, her voice small. She swallowed hard. "Did Chiron tell you anything about camp or..."
"Nope." The kid said simply, swinging the sword to see how it felt. "He said to ask Leo and Leo said you guys know everything and that he is," Lucas turned his eyes to them and deadpanned, quoting Leo. "'Too awesome and important to teach young padawans the ways of the demigod jeti and to assume the title of master I must seek the counsel of the heroes to whom he owns his ever so humble and grateful life. May we all be blessed by the giant flying spaghetti monster.'"
Percy and Annabeth exchanged a look. "He made you memorize that on the way here, didn't he."
"Yep."
Percy and Annabeth directed Lucas out of the arena, eager to separate the kid and weapons. They walked with him up to the cabins, showing him around the camp along the way. But the whole time they both couldn't help but think of another son of Hermes, one that died about seven years ago and said he would go for reincarnation.
"Hey, Lucas." Annabeth finally asked, working up the nerve to use her voice again. "What's your last name?"
"Caster."
Percy looked at Annabeth. "How old are you?" He asked.
"Seven." Lucas answered.
Annabeth almost tripped as her head whipped to look at Percy, fear and recognition flickering in her eyes. Before she could say anything, the horn blew for dinner.
They sat at the table with their friends. Piper watched Annabeth for a moment, "what's wrong?" She asked. "You keep looking at the Hermes table."
"Luke." Annabeth muttered, almost in a daze. She shook her head and focused on her plate, moving food around with her fork.
"What?" Leo asked. "You mean Lucas?"
"Who's Luke?" Piper asked gently.
Annabeth looked up at her, tears already brimming her eyes. Percy put an arm around her shoulders. "Luke Castellan," he began, "was a Hermes camper about eight years ago." Now everyone at the table was watching them. Nico and Will remained quiet, Will placed a hand on Annabeth's from across the table. They knew, they remembered.
Annabeth breathed deeply, wiping away a tear that fell. "Luke came here with Thalia and I." Her eyes flicked to Jason. "You know the story of Thalia turning into a pine tree, we were the two demigods she saved." Annabeth paused. "Luke was-"
When her voice cracked, Percy took over. "Luke was a friend, but he was manipulated when he was at his most vulnerable."
Hazel cast her eyes to the table, remembering the voice of Gaea speak through her mother. Frank held her hand, "what happened," he asked gently when Percy didn't continue.
Percy nodded to Will. "A titan, Kronos, turned him against Olympus and the camp." Will resumed. "Eventually the titan took Luke as his vessel, using him to heal himself and regain his true form."
"But it didn't work." Annabeth jumped in. "Luke resisted, and even while Kronos had control of his body, Luke remained and he could fight. In the final battle, Luke was able to regain control. He killed himself to defeat Kronos, he redeemed himself. Luke died a hero."
After a moment of silence, Leo raised his hand slowly. When the eyes of the table were turned to him he asked, "So what does that have to do with the Hermes kid? That was nearly a decade ago."
Percy coughed, clearing his throat. "When Luke was dying, he spoke to us. We told him he was a hero, that he would go to Elysium. He said he would go for rebirth, and try for the Isle of the Blessed."
Most of the group at the table glanced at Lucas, who was laughing along with some of the younger Hermes campers. "So Lucas is..." Hazel trailed off.
"We think so." Annabeth answered. "Lucas is Luke, the Savior of Olympus and the one who saved all our lives."
