(Hope you are enjoying it. Don't forget to vote for it...love you all!!)

Okay, I know there are terrible people out there but listen.
There are people who endlessly care. There are people who smile just by seeing tiny plants growing on sidewalks. People who laugh so hard that they snort.
People who love, love and love.
Somehow I realised that Grace was one of them too.

Not to get late for school, I pedalled fast under the fragile sky that was becoming more bright due to the rising sun.

How beautiful those little things were, and how foolish of humans to be ignorant.

In literature class, the teacher kept talking about Emily Dickson and I tried so hard not to get bored.
Not that I didn't like literature, but I was just tired as I hadn't slept well yesterday night.
Grace was sitting at the front desk and was listening with a great interest, as if, literature was meant for her. She was probably the only one in the whole damn class who listened without even yawning in the whole period.

After school, I went to William's home. He lived couple of blocks away from me in a fancy house that was weirdest of all. It was painted in blue-red Mexican colour. His house was rare one in our town. Even though it was weird, I liked it. I was the kind of boy who always liked weird things because simply they were rare in their own way.
We both went inside his ancient home. William's parents were animal lovers. They had animal fetish, William once told me. There were two pit bulls in their lawn. A big cage full of parrots was in their porch. As we headed inside, three little Russian kittens were playing with yarn. There was also a big fish aquarium that almost occupied half of the small living room. It didn't look like a house, but rather a pet centre.

I greeted his mum and dad.
"Daniel you have such beautiful eyes!". Her mum exclaimed.
Beautiful? Oh really? I had always thought that my eyes were no less than like a stupid Asian kid whom I saw on television in some advertisement.
"Oh thanks." I deadpanned.
His dad asked me if I would like to eat something and I had refused but still they insisted me on eating their delicious tacos, that, according to them, were sent from "heaven."

After munching those delicious spicy tacos, we went to his room that was much bigger than I had expected.
We both sat on his couch and stared at the black screen of huge t.v, until William, out of nowhere, said,
"You know, Mellows have a concert after some days. Right here, in Florida near that national park or whatever. So I was really hoping that we all could go, dance the hell out of us and escape our boring routine."
I inhaled a deep breath and thought about all that crowd, noise, drinks and I already wanted to puke. I never liked crowded places or random strangers shouting over the blasting music. Even though I loved music, but not in that way. I loved to listen to music when I was alone. People not actuavlly enjoying the music at concert but rather shouting over it was just another fake thing so I told William,
"Really dude, not to Hurt you or anything, but I don't wanna go. Too many people."
William's excitement lessened a bit but he was still William.
Convincing everyone.
He replied,
"C'mon, just look at yourself. School, homework, sleep. What the fuck? It's just one day."
I ran my fingers through my straight brown hair and said,
"But..."
William suddenly stopped me, placed his finger on my lips, and said,
"Don't you think, even with all of this brokenness and loneliness, it is still a privilege to live your life to the fullest? Just like a flower, even if it's crushed, it still has it's fragrance, because it knows that's it's purpose, that's what it's sent for."
