It didn't take long before the other members found out about the incident.
Everyone was feeling dejected and hopeless after Namjoon's relapse.
They are currently sitting in the living room together. They are all waiting for someone to start the hard conversation that they need to have.
The members knew they needed to not ignore the issues at hand and confront Namjoon.
They need to help him.
Namjoon's anxiety was skyrocketing.
His leg was bouncing at a steady rate as he looked at his shaking hands.
His mind was swirling with thoughts and the members glanced at each other.
"Listen...Namjoon...I know it's hard, but...we need to get you help..." Jin said quietly.
The members nodded their heads.
Namjoon didn't say anything, so Jin continued.
"We think you should see a therapist. We know you might not want to, but I think it's in your best interest. Manger has also given us a month to heal."
Namjoon sighed and with a shaky voice he spoke.
"I can't just take a break...what about the fans? They will hate me for being so selfish to take a break..."
The members frowned.
"The fans won't hate you. They don't hate you. They will understand." Jungkook said firmly.
Namjoon teared up.
"Do they know?"
Taehyung asked him what he meant.
"Do they know about the suicide attempt?" Namjoon said bluntly.
A few of the members winced at the mention of the attempt.
"Yes...the company has not made an official statement yet, but some reporters spotted us at the hospital, and of course people saw what happened at the bridge..." Yoongi said quietly.
Namjoon's lip quivered as he bit back tears.
They know how useless and weak of a person I am. There is no doubt everyone thinks I'm not fit to be a leader. A leader who is supposed to watch out for the fans and group, decided to attempt suicide. That screams a good leader!
Namjoon wiped a tear that fell down his cheek.
The members looked saddened and Jimin walked over to Namjoon.
He gave him a hug and rubbed his back.
"It will be okay hyung. We are here. The ARMY is here. Remember that we never walk alone."
The other members nodded.
"In your message before you.......anyway, you asked us to continue our career and forget about you when you were gone. I can't do that hyung. None of us can. BTS is not BTS without Kim Namjoon. You are our leader who has always been there to support us. The whole reason I joined BTS was because of you hyung. You inspired me. You gave me courage. You give us all courage to keep fighting." Jungkook said sternly with tears running down his cheeks.
Namjoon cried silently as he looked at him.
"Hyung we need you. Please don't leave." Jungkook said as he sobbed into his hands.
The members were heartbroken.
Namjoon got up and walked over to Jungkook. He gave him a hug.
"I'm not going anywhere. I'll get the help, so please don't cry Jungkookie. I'll be okay." Namjoon said quietly.
"I'll be okay."
