Grayson POV -
"You what?" I say stunned after hearing Emma's confession. Y/n and I look at Ethan, who is about to scream at the phone. Y/n jumps off my lap and puts her hand over Ethan's mouth to make sure he stays quiet. He relaxes under her touch and we listen to Emma.
"I slept with someone else a while ago.." she repeats. "A while ago?" I say. "Yeah.. it started couple of weeks ago." She admits. "Please don't tell Ethan." She begs. "Emma.." I whine. "He's my brother. I could never keep a secret from him. Especially something like this." - "Yeah, but this is not all.." Emma sighs.
Kauai 2.30 p.m.
Ethan POV -
Y/n still has her hand covering my mouth to make sure I don't make a sound. Emma is never gonna confess more if she knew I was listening to everything she is saying.
"There is more?" Grayson asks Emma. "Gray.." she says. "It was that game of spin the bottle where Ethan and I first kissed, remember?" - "Mhm, I remember." Gray responds. "Because we kept kissing every occasion after that we started dating eventually." She continues. "I really fell in love with Ethan after a while, but honestly.. I always had the biggest crush on you."
"What?" Gray says confused.
Y/n took her hand of my face and is now reaching for the phone. I put my arm around her waist and hold her back by pulling her against my body. I now plant my free hand over her mouth, to make sure she stays silent. Damn! This tiny woman is strong. I'm having a hard time keeping her down so I tighten my grip. Grayson still confused is staring at me wrestling his girl. He is definitely more concerned about me holding y/n than he is about Emma confessing her love to him.. and so am I to be honest. "Yeah.." Emma continues. "I always think about you when I'm with Ethan. That's why I couldn't stick around in Hawaii.. you know, with you chasing that girl." - "O..o..okay, I see." Grayson stutters as he keeps his eyes on y/n and me. "Gray.." Emma adds. "Is there any way we could maybe be together one day?".
