Third POV
"Cassie! Ace! hurry up otherwise your gonna be late for school!" A lady called from downstairs.
That lady was Elizabeth.
Soon 14 year olds, in red and white uniforms were running down.
"Ugh! Mom tell ace to give me back my phone, I need to text Violet!" A girl yelled down the steps as she chased her brother.
"Ha ha!" A boy laughed running down the steps.
That's when he bumped into Elizabeth.
"Ahem, phone.now." Elizabeth said sternly, point to the girl.
"Who's the winner now, Ace?" The girl sneered.
"Shut Up, Cassie." Ace frowned.
"Oi, watch you language mister, now head to the kitchen to get some food." Elizabeth spoke once more.
So the two headed to the kitchen to be greeted by their dad.
"Hey dad. Wait dad?! I thought you had work." Ace spoke, taking a seat at the island.
" well I was supposed to but I have a meeting to go to with your mom." Meliodas replied, taking a sip of his coffee.
Ace and Cassie sweat dropped.
They prayed that the office didn't call their parents for a meeting from last years last day of school.
"What's up with you two, you look like you've seen a ghost." Elizabeth asked, looking both at them.
"N-nothing, we are just nervous about going back to school." Cassie quickly dismissed.
"Really? Just yesterday you were gushing about school about some boy name Eric or something." Elizabeth inquired.
Cassie? Blushing and quiet
Ace? Laughing his ass off
Elizabeth? Quiet.
And meliodas? Pissed.
*smack*
"Owww! Mom! Cassie hit me!" Ace whined, rubbing his shoulder.
But ace stopped whining when he looked over to meliodas.
The aura was dark, his expression, a very deep frown.
He stood up and walked over to Cassie with a grin, a not very pleasant one.
"No boyfriends, not until your 35, with a stable job, and until I know what he's doing in he next five years, he's not a pushover,Not to controlling, he ain't a douche, he needs to have a backbone, I need to know his social security and finally why exactly he wants to be with you." Meliodas listed.
"DAD! why are you so controlling, I bet ace doesn't have any rules." Cassie yelled
" I'm controlling cause I care and love you, and secondly ace does have rules, the girl can't be taller than him, unless it's true love, she can't be a lazy person who can't do anything and leeches off of him, and finally she Absolutely under no circumstances will she be a slu-" meliodas spoke before his mouth was covered by Elizabeth.
" shows to what you know about true love, mom is taller than you, speaking of which mom, y'all never told us your love story. Cassie grumbled.
" now that's a looong story, but to cut it short, your dad, a grumpy leader, me a innocent nurse who happened to witness a murder I got captured, a couple weeks of me hating on your father then we got feelings for each other yada yada, then I got pregnant with you two, I left cause I was scared but then plan foiled when meliodas found me, problem cleared up, then I came back, with you two already born and yeah, he proposed to me hen we got married." Elizabeth shrugged.
"Wow... but that doesn't explains how you guys are true love, soulmates." Ace muttered.
Elizabeth and meliodas laughed
" I choked a girl to near to death in her own territory at a dinner just cause she was hitting on meliodas and her father wanted meliodas to marry her, and I snapped someone's neck." Elizabeth answered
Their eyes widened only slightly.
" and I killed my bitchy ex and brother for Elizabeth." Meliodas said smugly.
"Alright it's been concluded, you two are soulmates and monsters." Cassie spoke dropping her head.
"Honey, that's sweet but you haven't seen our true colors and I hope you never have to, now come on, your driver is waiting not to mention Harley and violet." Elizabeth smiled happily.
Harley was Diane and King's oldest kid,Violet was the second.
They were done eating as they said their goodbyes to their parents and left the house.
" so the girl can't be taller than him?" Elizabeth giggled
"Nope, besides whatever I lack up here, whatever is down there makes up for it, besides I make it work." Meliodas snickered
" you're right, Elizabeth approved." Elizabeth bursted our laughing.
" now then we better get going before we're late." Meliodas pointed out, getting out of his seat.
Elizabeth nodded, as the two walked hand in hand with each other and out the front door.
