Third POV

It was now time for the moment they all waited for.

They were all in the archangels base, where the theme was white and gold, as members of the the mafia as well as members of  Sin mafia.

Elizabeth had given the first part of her speech, with people cheering and clapping.

"However as much as I am honor I cannot accept the role in this, so I cordially give up the title to the sin mafia Leader and my husband, Meliodas Wrath."

surprisingly as much as she expect a boo and probably someone trying to attack them they began to cheer.

It you wanted to be specific approximately 99.9% percent of the people were ok with the arrangement.

They'd move up to the number one title as the strongest mafia, or they just got a lot more money on their payday considering the net worth of the mafia.

Soon they went to the banquet where Elizabeth and meliodas got to meet those in the clan, so on and so forth.

Cassie was over with her boyfriend finding something to eat.

While Ace, he was just a lonely potato as usual, banquets really weren't his kind of social gathering heck even Aiden and Aaron the two quiet people were having a somewhat good time.

He took a bite of his chicken leg, as he checked his phone.

Just then something caught his eye.

A girl with long blonde hair placed into a bun, she was peeking through a corner staring intently at something.

Or more like someone.

He then got up, reasons unknown as he walked over to her.

" hi." Ace greeted nonchalantly.

The girl stood up straight and stared at him, the same look she was giving to the other person.

The she muttered something.

"Oh hey- who's she?" Violet questioned, as Cassie and Harley turned to see what was going on.

" guys this is my new friend Caitlyn, Catalina meet my friends and sister."  Ace greeted.

"Ace how many time do we have to remind you that you can't be dragging people from places, besides are you sure you actually know her name?" Cassie  face palmed, getting Catherine out of his grasp.

"Of course I know her name I just told you, it's Cynthia." Ace retorted.

" you just said 3 different- oh forget it, what's your name?" Violet asked.

"I can't believe they'd give the new position to him."

That's when ace realized it, she was talking about his dad.

" go on..." Ace added

"I don't get it, you seriously are gonna give the title to him, I mean come on!" She grumbled

She really wasn't liking the fact that Meliodas was the new title.

She then paused "wait a minute- who the hell are you?!"

Ace stumbled back a bit that was slightly to sudden.

"I'm Ace." He answered.

Not saying his last name cause let's face it he could probably scare the heck out of her if he revealed he was related to Meliodas.

" May I have your name?" Ace questioned

"It's Cathrine." She answered as she brushed her bangs out of her eyes.

Out of the blue he had an idea.

" you look a little lonely so let's go meet my friends." Ace suggested with a toothy grin.

Her face twisted to a scowl. " heck no! I don't even-"

Too late, unless you could interest him with in two seconds or you're just that important to him, he has the attention span of a fruit fly.

As he then dragged her over to everyone.

"It's cathrine." Cathrine responded.

To her it seemed as if he was obviously the non-thinker in the group.

But she wasn't totally wrong though.

They then introduced themselves one by one to her.

"And I'm cassie, this idiot's older sister." Cassie smiled, holding out her hand to shake.

Ace scowled as Catherine just stared at it.

"Ok... anyways I heard they have cake here, come with V?" Cassie spoke,recovering from an awkward moment.

Violet nodded as the two ladies walked away.

"Anyways where are all of your friends, I wanna meet em'" Ace questioned looking around.

"Don't got any..." Catherine shrugged.

"Well now you do." Ace grinned.

In Catherine's head~
"What is up with this dude, why is he so... ugh."

"Like for real, why is he talking to someone like me?"

Outside~

"Because why not." Ace shrugged.

"What?" Cathrine asked

"Your face. It had a look of why is this person talking to me... yeah I'm sorta kinda good at reading people, but don't be weirded out though." Ace nervously chuckled

Though he was dense he was telling the truth about that.
"You are one strange person..." Cathrine said in her head watching him shrug.

"Oh Ace come on we have to take the  family photo!" Cassie called.

"Oh well gotta go, bye Connie!" Ace flashed a full set before running off.

"It's Catherine..." she muttered quietly.
