Third POV

When Harley and Cassie walked back downstairs they looked happy.

"Finally, now let's play truth or dare!" Ace announced with a grin.

The rest of the time was spent on with them playing truth or dare, playing tag, hide and seek and of course eating!

The next morning~

It was now a tuesday, not only were the adults coming home but it was Harley's redemption day.

The car came by as usual as they gathered in to head to school.

At school~

It was 3rd period as Ms.Joy allowed free seating.

She earned her last name joy cause she only wanted nice things to happen, that's why when people found out that's why she was engaged to Mr.Rodriguez everyone was shocked.

Seating for (mcs)

Violet, Cassie (empty space) Harley, Ace.

"Alright everyone get with your partner I've assigned you with!" Ms.Joy announced, as she wrote down the instructions.

Harley & Cassie

(And the rest are all irrelevant to the topic so moving on...)

"Alright, I'll get started on the body paragraph as you finish up the thesis." Cassie spoke

Harley nodded as the opened their assigned laptops.

Soon Cassie made a face, then began to laugh.

"haha Harley! Haha Stop Haha." Cassie

Her reaction was priceless, as he then spoke.

"Nope, besides this is just for class work points, stop being so serious." Harley chuckled

"Can't haha breathe haha!" Cassie laughed as she bang to grip onto Harley so she wouldn't fall off her stool.

They were having a good time with one another, meanwhile.

"Hey? Hello?! Earth to McKayla!" Violet waved.

"Huh? Oh sorry..." McKayla spoke.

She wasn't focused on the work, more like she didn't care, what she was looking at was Cassie and Harley who seemed to be having a good time with one another.

Watching  them get all "flirty".

Her heart tingled a bit, she was getting a bit ticked off.

However she paused then realized that Harley and Cassie never said that they were dating so she could still have a chance right?

She then heard Cassie say that she was going to the bathroom.

All she wanted to do is talk to Cassie so she decided to go too.

In the halls~

Cassie was finger-brushing her long silvery hair, cause  someone ruffled it up.

"Cassie right?" McKayla spoke as she walked out of the stall and headed to the sink.

"Yeah, you need something?" Cassie questioned in a typically nice voice.

" I wanna know something." McKayla questioned

"Ask away." Cassie shrugged.

"Are you together- Y'know dating Harley?" McKayla said blankly.

Cassie paused, that was a bit sudden.

" No but-" Cassie tried speak but was interrupted.

"Good so you wouldn't mind if I asked him out, right, cause you aren't exactly dating and you just seem to be friends nothing more nothing less." McKayla added sweetly.

"Well I actually kinda like him and-" Cassie was cut off yet again.

" but maybe he'd like something new ya know, a fresh face and figure in his life and maybe a new lover perhaps, cause like I said you aren't dating him and just cause you are best friends with his sister doesn't exactly supposed to mean much to him."  McKayla muttered

Now Cassie was shocked, is this seriously the same person she met back in second period?

"But anyways I'm going ask him if he'd like to hang out, you could tell him this if you want I don't care, besides what's a nobody like yourself to him?" McKayla finished off before she walked out of the bathroom.

Cassie was perfectly fine, she wasn't gonna cry, she knew what she was to Harley, and if McKayla wanted to hate on her for being something special to him then let her eat her heart out.

Cassie walked out heading to class.

Sitting back down next to Harley as he finished typing everything up.

" what's the matter with you?" He asked looking at her monotone face.

"Huh, oh nothing." Cassie shrugged.

He kissed her temple. "There no more sad Cassie."

Cassie slightly blushed, as he wrapped his arms around her torso.

McKayla had seen all of this, as she frowned.

However she wasn't the only one watching, so was Tina.

" oh Cassie, you've just made another enemy." Tina smirked as she saw McKayla's facial expression.
