It was now morning, they did their daily routine soon it being just Elizabeth left at home.

"Alright Ellie, let's see what nerobasta said was true..." Elizabeth spoke to herself as she made a turn.

Soon enough she was facing meliodas's office.

She pushed open he two brown doors as she took in full view of it.

She'd never really go in it beside he times where she would quickly come in and tell him it was time to eat or give him something other than that she never actually looked inside.

"Hmm if I knew my husband correctly he probably keep his things in order..." Elizabeth muttered to herself heading to he file cabinets.

That's when she started her search, looking in the organized files and folders.

"Why does he have so much stuff?" Elizabeth groaned as she flipped through the pages.

That's when she saw it, she found the file!

But why was it buried all the way in the back?

She felt her hands become sweaty as she read the information.

Name: unknown alias: Supreme-   deity,Mother.

DOB: 5-9-****

Age of death: 28

Gender:F
Cause of death: car crash

Offsprings: Elizabeth Liones.

"W-what? She was my mother...?" Elizabeth stuttered at text in bold.

She couldn't believe it, all this time both her parents were involved in the mafia life?

However, Elizabeth wasn't surprised when she didn't see Margaret or Veronica's names cause their father had remarried twice after her mother's death.

Elizabeth also wasn't surprised at the rest of the following information it was normal stuff for her at least.

That it till she flipped to the back side.

It was horrific.

There showed it all... the truth.

The following information reads as followed

It was tragic, 28 year old supreme deity is dead of tragic car crash after succumbing to injuries, her daughter Elizabeth managed to survive but husband of the deity refused to let the daughter lead the same lifestyle.

But that's not what Elizabeth was upset about it was what followed next; a paragraph written by someone who seemed to have first hand of this.

It has been done boss, the deity is finally dead, you can now rise to the top without fear of those filthy, lowlife of archangels to stop, though meliodas and little zeldris happen to been in the same car and possibly could've gotten hurt they didn't just slight bruises but they should be fine, I wish to serve and serve you well master, signed, cusack and chandler.

"N-no... this cant be possible.." Elizabeth sniffled.

Hot tears streamed down her face.

As thoughts flooded her mind.

"He knew... didn't he, that's why he said no at the proposal... he didn't want me to know the truth...!" Elizabeth shouted in anguish.

She was mad, how could he?!

"That son of a b-" Elizabeth nearly cursed as she then paused.

She would just ask him if he knew:

Besides he wouldn't lie to her, right...?

So she picked up the file and carried it with her  making sure everything was the way it was before she had walked out.

She was gonna find out the truth one way or another.

Timeskip evening~

When everyone that being Cassie, Ace and meliodas, arrived home they found Elizabeth watching tv.

"Hey mom/honey!" Everyone greeted

No response.

Ace shrugged then headed over to the kitchen to see no food laid out.

"Mom? Are you good?" Ace questioned as he made a weirded out face.

No surprised after all she would be the first person to greet them when they walked in and most importantly she wouldn't be laying on the couch at 6:00 pm with no food ready.

That just wasn't like her.

"Here's my card order whatever food you want limit is 60$ and meliodas meet me upstairs I have to something I wanna talk to you about." Elizabeth spoke monotone, as she handed Cassie her debut card

It was scary, she was never his monotone.

"Uh oh dad,whatever you did you better apologize.." Ace sang.

Soon meliodas and Elizabeth headed upstairs, shutting the door behind them.

"What's wrong?" Meliodas questioned

"Read it and I want a full explanation as to why it was buried deeply like trying to hide a murder." Elizabeth said as she raised her brow.

Meliodas read it, his expression not changing on the outside but on the inside...

"F*CK F*CK she F*CKING found it, HOW!-"

"So? You gonna say anything?" Elizabeth waved her hand.

She wanted a response and she wanted it now.

He then came up with the dumbest and worst thing you could tell your wife.

"I don't know how it got there."

He denied it... and he kinda had to.

"Mhm. Alright I'll ask you again, if I don't hear what I think is a good answer  then I swear to g-"

(Knock knock)

"Mom can we-"

"Do whatever you want I'm busy!" Elizabeth called back.

"Kay' thanks your the best!" Ace called as he ran back downstairs.

"So?" Elizabeth uttered

"I don't know." Meliodas answered back.

"Just keep denying everything maybe she'll drop it."

WRONG!

"Get out of my sight, tomorrow morning I'll ask you again and if you don't answer correctly then something will happen!" Elizabeth shouted, as she then shoved him out of the room.

She then slammed the door in his face

"Well damn..." meliodas muttered

He didn't want to lie but he had to, he didn't want her to take it in the wrong way.l and leave him

So for now he'd just let her get mad, and hopefully everything would blow off...
