We're Already Friends [Peter Parker]

imagine : you and peter already know each other very well, but you live with Tony (godfather) after your parents died in a tragic accident. Tony tries to set you two up at one of his annual parties thinking you don't know each other.

I heard a tapping on my window and i sighed, looking at the time. It was almost 1AM. I sighed and pulled my duvet covers back and walked over to my window, pulling back the curtains and lifting it up. Almost instantly i saw Peters iconic spidey suit fly past me and he landed in the middle of my room. "peter it's 1 in the morning, what are you doing?" i asked him as i closed my window again. "i couldn't sleep and you're awake anyway" he said innocently as he took his mask off. "need i remind you that Tony is incredibly good at finding out things, including us" I said, sitting down only my bed with a sigh. "hey, what's the matter" he said, looking at me sadly. He sat down next to me, wrapping his arm around my shoulders before pulling me into him. "i just haven't been sleeping very well, i'm just tired and groggy" i said, rubbing my eye and nestling my head in his chest. "well that's not going to do with our science exam tomorrow morning" Peter said and i chuckled. "about that" i said looking up at him. "don't tell me you're going to skive" he said and i chuckled. "no, tony's actually pulling me out of school for his party tomorrow night" i said and he smiled at me. "well you still need to get some sleep, especially with all the partying. We know how much the avengers like their booze" Peter said and we laughed. I looked up to notice him laying down on my bed and chuckled as he made himself comfortable. "who said you were included in that plan?" i asked and he smirked. "oh i'm always involved in your plans" he said and i smiled before laying next to him, my head resting on his chest and wrapping my arm around him. "of course peter" i mumbled as i was starting to relax and get sleepy. "how will you get out?" i mumbled. "shh, don't worry about that just go to sleep" he said, stroking my hair as i drifted off to sleep.

>>THE FOLLOWING EVENING<<

"lady Y/N it is so lovely to see you once more" Thor said as he kissing my hand. I chuckled and blushed ever so slightly. "Thor, the pleasure is all mine" i said snarkly and we both laughed as Tony rolled his eyes. "i bet it must be lovely to have someone else who speaks like the queen" Tony remarked and i rolled my eyes. "oh i recon our accent is far more superior don't you think?" Thor asked me and i chuckled. "oh definitely!" i said smirking at Tony, who rolled his eyes once more before taking a sip of his drink. "how's your brother doing?" i asked Thor as Tony walked off, something else catching his attention. "he is paying for his crimes in a cell" Thor said and i smiled at him sadly. "send my regards" i said to him and he smiled at me. "what do you see in him?" Thor asked. "the exact same thing you do" I said smiling and he chuckled softly. "i knew there was a reason i liked you, you share my hopes for his redemption" Thor said softly, wrapping his arm around my shoulder. "he reminds me of someone" i said mumbling, thinking it would be lame to gush to thor about my favourite character from a soppy tv show about supernatural creatures when standing next to a 'mythical' god. "Y/N, there's someone i'd love to introduce you too!" Tony gushed at me, interrupting mine and Thor's slight moment. "if you'll excuse me" i said smiling at him. He nodded and smiled back. I was dragged over to where Steve was standing with someone. "y/n! please this is Peter Parker" Tony said wrapping his arm around Peters shoulders. My mouth dropped slightly as Peter held a slight smirk on his face. "why hello Peter" i said looking at him intently. "it's a pleasure to meet you Y/N" Peter said. Tony and Steve chuckled. "oh wow what's that going on over there that has caught my attention" Tony said as he walked off. "sorry kid you're on your own" Steve said to me, placing a hand on my shoulder and walking away. "you never told me you were invited! let alone coming!" i snapped at him as i walked closer towards him. "neither did i until tony sent me an electronic letter that self destructed into fireworks" Peter rambled and i couldn't help but chuckle. "well it's nice to have someone i can be myself around" i said smiling at him. "i mean you seemed pretty comfortable with Thor" he said, his smile dropping. "Peter Parker are you jealous?" i quizzed him and he stuttered "what?! no...noo" he said and i laughed. "don't get me wrong thor is...a very lovely lovely man and is mildly...very attractive but the distance wouldn't work" i said jokingly but peter took it seriously. "i don't think he'd travel halfway across the city to see you in the early hours" Peter mumbled and i laughed. I placed my hand on his arm and gave it a squeeze. "you have nothing to be jealous about" i said smiling at him and he smiled back. "i wish we didn't have to keep this a secret, cause i want to kiss you so bad" he mumbled and i smiled. I scanned the room, seeing everybody was mingling. Tony was occupied with Thor and Steve, Natasha and Steve were chatting with Wanda and Vision. Bruce was talking too Rodey and Maria about something scientific i suspect. "let's sneak out" i said, placing my drink down on the bar and grabbing peters hand and we walked out the room into the quiet hallways and towards the open decking where all the comfy beanbags were.

"i can't believe you just did that" Peter said as i chuckled. "says the guy who's been sneaking into my bedroom for the past month" i said smirking and he chuckled softly. "you got me there" he said, holding his hands up in defence. "how did the science test go?" i asked him and he chuckled. "were standing on this beautiful balcony, watching over the city...alone. And you want to talk exams?" Peter said and i laughed. "when you put it like that" i mumbled and pressed my lips against peters. He placed his hand on my lower back and pulled me closer to him. "erm mini stark step away from the spider boy" We both short apart as Tony stood there with crossed arms. "oh my god" i mumbled, my cheeks flushing bright red with embarrassment. "Mr stark, I...I am so sorry" Peter stuttered nervously. "come on tony, you wanted to set them up" Nat said smiling at me. I raised my eyebrow. "well yeah but i didn't expect this after less than an hour of knowing each other" Tony replied. Me and Peter looked at each other trying to hide out grins. "actually about that" I started explaining and Tony's expression got darker and darker. "and we've actually known each other for a good two months now" i concluded and Natasha awed at us both. "two and a half" peter said softly and i laughed. "awh Parker aren't you the cutest" Natasha said. "You can't be mad, you tried setting us up" i tried to reason with Tony. "well yeah but that was ME setting you up...you did this all by yourself" he said, smiling sadly at me. "looks like you're all grown up mini stark" Tony said, walking towards me and hugging me tightly. "i guess i have" i mumbled into his shoulder. "right that's it, i have more champagne to drink" He said and we all chuckled. "oh and remember" he said as he was stepping through the doorway back inside. "stay safe" he said before disappearing into the party. I groaned out loud with embarrassment, my cheeks flushing red. "we do" Peter said and i looked at him with wide eyes. "teenagers are like rabbits" Nat said before leaving. "why did you say that?" i said to him as i gently hit him in the chest. "well when you're around someone so sarcastic, i guess it rubs off" He said cheekily as i smiled at him. He leant down and kissed me gently once more before he wrapped his arm around me and we continued to watch the hustle and bustle of city life below.
