Work First, Party Later [CHRIS EVANS]

[This is Part Two of the Little Brother chapter i did previously!]

"good morning . . . you three?" Jon said as Myself, Chris and Thomas had gotten out of the car having arrived at the location for today's shoot. Today, the set was somebody's grand, lavish house and huge back garden with a bright blue swimming pool in the back.

Thomas was practically jumping up and down with excitement all morning while me and Chris were trying to get some breakfast down us. We had a later start than usual today, arriving on set around 9am compared to the normal 7:30am. "hello, can we have a word?" i said walking over to Jon. He nodded happily as Chris took Thomas off to look at the set.

"i'm sorry to just turn up with him but he got suspended from school for something that wasn't entirely his fault. I know i should've checked with you first but Robert is coming to pick him up just after lunchtime. He won't be any trouble-" Jon stopped me from rambling on by placing his hands on my shoulders. "it's alright  Y/N, i understand. It's not like you're the first person to bring a kid on set" he said and smiled at me and i nodded in gratitude. "thank you" i said smiling and he nodded. "now get in that dressing room" he said and i chuckled before walking off.

Chris and I spent just over an hour in hair, makeup and costume before we began shooting. Our characters were at a Halloween party so for today it was all fake blood, bruises and costumes which was exciting.

"i feel like i'm back at College all over again" i said happily as i took in the set. There were extras 'partying' everywhere. The garden was trashed purposely with red cups littered everywhere. There was pounding background music and strobe lights inside the building. "this is way better than any party i went too" Chris said and i chuckled. "well it's just a shame there's only water on these cups" i said looking at the red cup i held in my hand. Chris laughed and nodded in agreement. "when's lunch?" Thomas asked from his deck chair he was sitting in. I rolled my eyes and looked at Chris who chuckled before i turned around with a false smile. "when we've finished shooting these next few scenes" i said calmly and Thomas sighed before slouching deeper in his chair. Jon was just taking a quick phone call before we resumed filming. "it's not even lunchtime yet and i'm exhausted" i said tiredly as i yawned. Chris chuckled as me before wrapping his arm around my shoulders. I leant against him and smiled softly. The past 24hrs with Chris had been perfect. "right! let's take it from the top" Jon said as he clapped his hands, sitting back behind the screens where he could watch. I chuckled as Chris removed his arms from me and walked over to the other side of the pool. We resumed filming our scenes multiple times to ensure the perfect shot.

"Uncle Robert!" Thomas shouted happily as he jumped out of his chair. Chris and I turned around and saw Robert walking onto set. "thank god im here!" he said, taking his sunglasses off and holding out his arms out as he scooped up Thomas. I smiled at him and made my way over to him. "thank you so much for this" i said as he hugged me. "anytime" he said and smile at me. Chris walked over and they did their handshake hug thing that i chuckled at. "sooner you finish your sandwich the sooner you can go" i said to Thomas who ran back and gobbled up his lunch quickly. "how's it been having a guest star on set?" Robert asked and i chuckled. "interesting" i said with a smile and he laughed. "well we have a fun afternoon planned, we're gonna go to the park, then we're going to the shops to grab supplies for a watertight and a BBQ afterwards!" Robert exclaimed and Thomas cheered. "that sounds amazing" I said as i ruffled Thomas' hair. "can we go!" He said excited and we laughed. "of course, let's leave them to their lunch" Robert said and he gave us one last smile before heading off with Thomas. "make sure to come over as soon as you've finished so you can join in with the rest of the BBQ!" Robert said and we both nodded and chuckled. "can't wait!" Chris replied and Robert laughed before Thomas grabbed his hand and pulled him quicker towards the car. "maybe we can convince Jon to wrap up filming early" i said with a smile as i wrapped my arms around Chris' neck. "i think you've asked enough of him today" he said smiling and i chuckled. "back on set in 5" someone said and i grumbled. "come on, the sooner we finish this shoot the sooner we can go to Robert" Chris said and i nodded. "i just can't wait to get out of this costume, the blood is all crusty and this dress is just uncomfortable" i said and he chuckled. "i might have to mess up my lines a few more times if your still in consume" he said cheekily as he looked me up and down. I rolled my eyes as i kissed him briefly before grabbing the remaining half of my sandwich and water bottle off the table and walking back towards the set. "close your mouth" i said as i turned around and he laughed loudly, holding his hands up in defence.
