"You see, the stars have always been there," started Lucifer, looking at the night sky.

They were at a beach, at night, on top of his car. With a bowl of strawberries in between them, Kassandra listened to his stories. She found his voice and the stories his lips slip out somewhat addicting, the same way he found her addicting.

"They're so pretty," muttered Kassandra, gazing at the night sky.

He smiled, and then looked at her lovingly. She was gazing at the stars, but he was admiring her beauty.

"Yeah, pretty. Beautiful. Ethereal," he whispered, making her turn her head slowly towards him. She gave him a small smile, and he swore his heart softened for a moment. "Just like you."

"I'm... I'm not. I'm just plain old Kassandra," she said, looking down at her fingers.

Suddenly, he took her hand in his, and then intertwined their hands. He remembered the same moment they had, like this, under the stars but in a different realm. A different realm where she loved him back. A different realm where both of them knew their history.

Even if it's hard, he told himself he'd try to make her love him back so they could get their happy ending unlike in the Divine Realm. He was chaos, she was chaos, and he was positive he never wanted her any other way.

"Can I kiss you?"

Without answering him, their lips latched on together, in sync as if it was meant to happen. He smiled, he was a step closer.

You may not remember, but I hope your heart beats the same.

"I hope they're doing great," said Jophiel, talking to the rest of the Seven. They had a little meet up while the two were together.

"I guess they are, since none of them aren't home yet," said Michael, checking his wristwatch.

"If he messes things up again, I'm gonna behead him," said Azrael, making Lilith chuckle at this.

"Yeah, sure, do that. Before he does that to you first," said Samyaza, who appeared all of a sudden, from the kitchen.

Everyone looked at him, making him stop in his tracks with a bag of chips on his hands. He furrowed his brows at them and looked at them with a questioning look.

"Oh, my God, Sam. How the hell did you get here?" Asked Azrael, running his hand through his hair.

"Um, you forgot I slept over?" Asked Samyaza, making everyone chuckle at Azrael.

"Um, right. Sorry, I forgot," said Azrael, and then shook his head.

"I'm trusting that they're doing well after what happened to the Realm-"

"What realm?"

Everyone fell silent after hearing the girl say those words. They were all shocked and nervous, not knowing what to do or say. Azrael looked at the door, seeing Lucifer and Kassandra standing there.

Lucifer shook his head, while Kassandra furrowed her brows.

"What realm?" She asked again, making Michael and Azrael look at each other.

"Um, Realm? Well, before Lucifer went away with you, he was frustrated because we were playing a game called Realm. I smashed him a couple of times, no biggie," said Azrael, his voice cracking at the end of his sentence.

"Mum, why are you here?" Asked Kassandra, turning her head towards Jophiel who was stunned.

"She was waiting for you so you guys could go home," said Samyaza, eating peacefully on the couch.

Everyone except Kassandra looked at Samyaza thankfully, thinking that they got away from their problem. They didn't notice the suspecting glance from the blonde.

"Oh, okay," she said, smiling at them.

They're hiding something from me, she thought.

"Guys, seriously? Why of all places, why mine? Damn, she almost got us caught!" Lucifer whisper-yelled, making everyone fall silent in front of him. Jophiel and Kassandra went home, while the rest were still at Lucifer's.

"We didn't know you were trying to hook up-"

"Az! We weren't! We just wanted to watch a movie! Oh, hell, this is getting annoying," said Lucifer, facepalming.

"We're sorry, okay? We didn't know," said Michael, making Lucifer just nod.

"Yeah, whatever. Just... get out now. I need some time to think," said Lucifer, and then the Seven with Samyaza and Lilith went away.

He was so damn scared. He was so damn scared that Kassandra might find out, because it will all be in ruins if she ever finds out.

For when she finds out about the Realm and the past events, Fate will never make them cross paths again no matter what they'd do. They can't be able to handle the situation, anymore.

And that was something he was scared to happen; to lose her again.
