We got to my house and went to my room.

"So who is this Latrelle?" I asked.

"He's part of the Prophets. That's a gang in the neighborhood. I just can't believe they're back" Jamal nervously said.

"And why do you know a gang member babe?" I asked.

"Well Cesar is actually part of Latrelle's rival gang called the Santos. About two years ago latrelle pulled a gun on Cesar and then Cesar's brother whose in charge of the Santos wanted Cesar to kill him. Long story short, he couldn't. So Latrelle was alive and shot and killed our friend Olivia at her quince and Ruby got shot too. The bullet was meant for Cesar but he missed. Later on the Prophets got arrested for stealing money from a bank which they technically didn't steal… But let's not get into that. Point is… Latrelle is out and that means its gonna be war between the Santos and Prophets. Latrelle may kill Cesar this time. I have to tell Cesar" Jamal ranted.

I looked at Jamal in shock as he called Cesar.

"It went straight to voicemail. I need to tell him. You down for a walk" Jamal said.

"Of course babe. Let's go" i replied as we rushed out of my house.

Jamal and I rushed to Cesar's house. The moment we got there, I was nervous. There were a bunch of cholos outside.

He grabbed my hand and we walked right past them and he knocked on the door.

A guy with a teardrop tattooed to his face answered the door.

"What up fool. Who is this fine ass hyna? Homie finally got a girl?" he asked with a chuckle

"Hey Spooky. Yeah this is my girl Tasha, Tasha this is Spooky. I'm here to talk to Cesar it's an emergency. Latrelle and the Prophets are back" Jamal said.

Spooky's face immediately turned into anger.

"Yo hermano. Get over here." Spooky yelled.

Cesar came to the door.

"Tasha and Jamal whats up?" Cesar happily greeted.

"Latrelle pulled up on Tasha on her way to Ruby's and on our way back home. He's back" Jamal said.

Cesar's smile washed off of his face.

"You know what we gotta do" Spooky said in an aggressive tone.
