25th of November, 2014

Aisling, Irena, Zayn, and myself had come out to London yesterday night. The girls needed to buy their dresses for the wedding, seeing as one was the maid of honor and the other was the brides maid. Zayn had to buy a tux because he was the best man. I was just there because they didn't want to leave me at the mansion alone. I thought I'd be with Yaser and Carol but apparently they went to New York to get a specific dress and tux from a specific shop.

There was a special bridesmaids and groomsmen boutique in central London that Aisling said they had to get their things from. She didn't really want to make a trip to New York for something she was only ever going to wear once.

We were currently driving to the shop and I kept both my hands on the wheel. I usually held Aisling's hand as I drove but this was an unknown city to me so I didn't want to risk anything. She didn't seem to mind, though. She looked rather comfortable with me paying attention to my surroundings.

I found the boutique and parallel parked our car.

"Guys! This is so exciting! We get to look all posh and sexy and whatnot!" Irena squealed, putting her arm around Zayn's torso, "I'm really happy for the two of you."

"Thanks, babe." Zayn said, kissing her forehead.

"Yeah, thank you." Aisling mumbled. She carefully reached for my hand and entwined our fingers, looking up at me to see if I was okay with it. I gave her a slightly nod and she smiled. We walked into the boutique and watched Zayn and Irena run off to one corner of the shop. "I really hate this." She confessed.

"I know, love."

"But I'm doing this for Zayn, so that has to be okay, right?"

"If you feel it's the right thing to do then, of course it is. I would've done the same thing if I was in your position and I'm not just saying that," my grip on her hand tightened a little bit, "so pretend you're actually happy with your mum's decision and get ready to find the perfect dress."

She smiled at me and looked around the large boutique. A sales associate- a woman with shirt red hair- walked up to us and individually shook our hands.

"Hello, lovelies. I am Leslie. You must be Aisling and Niall. Your friends Zayn and Irena sent me here to help you with your dress." She sang.

"Hi! Yes. I'm the maid of honor and Irena is the bridesmaid. Uhm, we'd like the same style but different colours. My mum said that we should go with the colours in her bouquet so seafoam green and baby pink would be the it colours." Aisling smiled. "Zayn is wearing a baby pink bow tie so Irena will obviously match him. Which leaves me with the seafoam green."

"Perfect!" Leslie clapped before looking at me, "and what about you, Niall?"

"I'm just accompanying them." I nodded.

"Uhm, no. You're getting a tux, Niall." Aisling said.

"Ais, I can't... I can't afford a tux." I whispered.

"Who the hell said I'm letting any of you pay? I'm paying for all of us so, you can't really say no to me or no kisses for you." She smirked. Aisling turned her attention back to Leslie. "He needs to get his measurements done and if his bow tie could be the same colour as my dress, I'd be so happy. My date for the wedding needs to match me or else..."

I felt a blush creep my neck and cheeks as I bit my lip. I was her date to the wedding. Hearing that made my stomach erupt with butterflies.

"Fantastic! I'll ask Roger to take you to the men's area and Aisling, love, you can wait here as I send Irena over and go find a few dresses." Leslie smiled and walked away.
