15th of December, 2014

"Denise!" I called, putting on my freshly shined dress shoes, "Denise! I need your help!"

I heard her making her way into my room with the rather loud clicking of her heels. She stepped into my bedroom with a smile on her face. "Yes, Niall?"

"Bow tie," I whined, holding it out for her, "help me tie it? Pretty please."

"You and Greg ad exactly the same," she giggled, walking towards me and taking the tie from me, "can't style your hair the right way. Can't tie a bow tie. Makes me worry that I'm going to have to help you two during our wedding."

I smiled at her, "We'll have Aisling and Eleanor helping us then. We can't stress out the bride."

Greg had proposed to Denise yesterday night while we were drinking hot chocolate after dinner. Kerrigan was a squealing mess, Denise was obviously crying happy tears, and Greg was just relieved that she didn't say no.

"I have no idea what Carol Fitzgerald is thinking, having a wedding in the winter. There is nothing romantic about getting frostbite and, quite possibly, hypothermia."

"Well, you want your wedding during the spring time. Nothing romantic about being stung by bees and continuously sneezing because of allergies."

"Niall James," she gasped, "I won't finish tying this if you make fun of my, your sister-in-law to be, wedding plans. We can smack talk other people but not me."

I snorted and nodded, "Sorry, Denise." She worked at me and finished up my bow tie. I looked in the mirror and was satisfied by it. I turned around and gave her a kiss on the cheek. "Thank you."

"You are very welcome, Niall," Denise picked up my coat and held it open for me, "put your suspenders over your shoulders first." I did so and turned my back towards so she could help me with my coat. "Oh, you look so handsome," she gushed, "okay, get put of here. You're the date of the brides daughter. You need to be there."

"Thanks again!" I sang before exiting my bedroom. I walked into the kitchen and saw Greg and Kerrigan sharing a muffin. "My dashing brother and my beautiful sister, I am off. I will see you at the mansion. Make sure Louis and and Eleanor don't get you late."

"See you, Niall. You look great." Greg smiled.

"Thanks! So do you, man."

"Bye, NiNi." Kerrigan giggled.

I gave her a quick kiss on the cheek before grabbing the car keys. I got to the car and pulled out the snow brush from the boot. Once all the excess snow was brushed off, I got into the car and heated up the pipes enough. I pulled onto the slush filled road and drove to the mansion.

The guests weren't due to show up for another forty-five minutes. I parked outside the gates just in case we had to leave in a rush due to Kerrigan. Even though her surgery scar was almost completely healed, it caused her a lot of pain at times.

I was glad that the road leading up to the gates was cleared of the slush. Even the driveway was clean. I walked through the open gate and made my way up the long driveway.

As soon as I entered the house, there was a permanent smile settled and on my face. The vibes of the house were absolutely amazing.

I shoved my hands in my pockets and sprinted up the stairs. I stood in front of Zayn's bedroom and knocked before entering. Inside was Yaser and Zayn, smiling and talking.
