Dear Diary,

I believe I'm a good person. Y'know, I think everyone has some good in them, but here we are! First day of senior year! And I look around at these people I've known all my life and think... what happened?

Absolutely nothing. They're all jerks, just like last year. And the last. Ever since kindergarten.

They're not all bad. After taking my mom out, Lily, Billy, and Kid took me to Monty and got me fixed up. Nobody can control me anymore.

Of course, some people make fun of me for that doll I carry around, but why should I care what they think? My friends care about me, and that's all that matters.

Penny finished writing, and put her diary back in her bag. This was the first day of a new year, and she'd be darned if she let it go to waste!

"HEY EVERYONE!"

A voice was calling for the class's attention, and she could tell who it was just by the accent.

"Our parents-"

But he was cut off by his brother.

"Stop," the kid told him simply, then continued: "Our parents are on vacation, so-"

His brother jumped up to protest again, and after a few seconds of bickering, his yell rang out:

"PARTY AT OUR MANSION!"

The class exploded into cheers and whispers alike, as his brother crossed his arms, upset.

Ted Huxley. He was probably the one that changed the most, he no longer worshipped his twin, and he was more social.

And he was throwing a party.

This was going to be good.
