Still, I could hear their voices ringing inside my head. Still, I could see that day like it was just some moments ago, they seemed more alive than they had ever been. But who was I lying to? Trying to deceive myself and faking the truth. That's what you get when you don't appreciate what you have, we don't know the value of things around us until we lose them.

I was full of regret. Every time I yelled at them and misbehaved with them knocked my head in great agony, I deserved that for being so greedy.

Those were so many ominous days, I was so depressed and didn't leave my room. Anna did her best to make me cheer up, she prepared countless of tea cups from all kinds for relaxation, she tried to cook daily, she tried to be funny by saying silly jokes and bringing new dresses... but nothing worked.

Eventually she gave up and sat near me messing with locks of my hair.

"I know how it feels," she whispered. "I swear I do. Didn't I lose my family too? Carla, Finn, Leo and every Infenyan. We have this in common, we all lost some dear people."

"I'm not even an Infenyan," I replied. "This has nothing to do with me."

She started to roll them into a long braid. "Sweet child. You are one of us now, just think about what brought you here."

"I spent nights fantasizing myself living in other worlds, having great adventures, rescuing humanity or something. I didn't know it'd be true."

"We need you, that's why you're here. You'll change something in Infenya, you may save us. I believe in that."

"How am I supposed to__"

"Shhhh. just don't think about it at the moment."

She finished doing my hair and got up ready to leave. "Hard times need to be faced, don't run away and don't give up."

I looked at her expressionlessly not knowing what to say, suddenly I felt like getting suffocated and my throat was too dry.

I stood up reaching for a glass of water but then I remembered that I needed some air too.

I knew that Anna would be busy with her work after the attack as every time and this was worse. She'd not see me leaving therefore.

There was a wool scarf in the closet, I took it and wrapped it around my shoulders then quietly I got out. I didn't know where to go, not so far away, not so close. I just wanted to walk alone. Once I closed the door behind me, a tall shadow stood in front of me. I was going to scream because I thought he was a phantom but he talked.

"Diana, is that you?"

That was Finn's voice.

"Yeah it's me." I answered.

"How are you now? How do you feel?"

"Horrible, I guess."

"I'm sorry."

I walked few steps away and he followed me.

"It's not your fault, Finn."

"But still_ anyway, we buried them."

"Huh." I turned right away.

He cleaned his throat. "Your parents and Brother. Leo suggested burying them under that tree."

"Can I visit the graves?"

"That's unsafe you know. I don't think that Leo will agree."

I sighed. "Right."

It was a chill night with a really cold breeze. I pulled my scarf closer to my neck as I began to feel shivers all around by body.

"Let's get in," Finn said. "It's so cold here."
