This is on my message board already but I've been talking about IT so much in this book I might as well put it here too.
HERE ARE MY HIGH HOPES FOR IT CHAPTER 2
6. Beverly's Father - Now don't get me wrong this guy is terrible, we all hate him. But if you don't add this horrible man in the movie, than you're basically dropping Beverly's entire backstory. I want him dead as much as everyone else does, but he is incredibly important to the story. He sucks but he's got purpose.
7. Stephen King Cameo - I'm not trying to be Stan Lee all over y'all but I really want this guy to have atleast one line in this movie. I love him so much and he really deserves to be on the big screen. He's amazing and I honestly couldn't ask for a better horror author to write IT.
8. Richie One Liners - Richie is a good character but a good chunk of his character is his one liners. This is a serious movie, kinda dramatic, very scary, you get it. But if Richie only says like 3 jokes, than it's not really Richie, but I'm sure Bill Hader will come through!
9. Adult Bill Stutter - JUST A LITTLE BIT PLEASE! I know his stutter probably is gone once he grows up, but I just want a little stutter please. His stutter is one of my favorite things about him, I'm not asking for much! Just a teeny stutter from him.
Finally, 10. A quality film - I want to laugh, I want to scream and flinch, I want to cry, I don't want to be disgusted by this film. Don't waste horrible material on good actors and actresses! Don't let a beautifully written story go to waste, I love the first one with all my heart. But that doesn't exactly mean I'll like this one as much as I love the last one, make us proud. I enjoyed watching the process of this movie, and I really hope I enjoy the final product. Good luck to everyone who worked on this movie, I'm super excited to see it this week! I hope it's as good as everyone says it will be. Now if you excuse me, I'm off to go scream about It Chapter 2 some more!
Bye Bye Fwends!
Also don't keep putting Mike in the background, like dude he's important. We love him. It's Mike Hanlon, we need him in our lives.
