Chapter 65: Boo

It's been two days since that little party. Matt never came back. Jenny and Carter got in a lot if agreements and broke up.

Now, Carter and I are at Starbucks. My surprising fever went away. My phone rang and my ringtone came on. I got tired of hearing bing bing or ring ring. Or whatever it made so I put songs instead.

" Wild Life, really?" Carter smiled. I rolled my eyes and picked up my phone.

" Christina!" I hear Chris Collins, aka WeeklyChris, said.

" Hey." I was surprised that he called. Ever since Vidcon, we didn't talk much.

" I'm in L.A." He said.

" Cool. We should make a YouTube video. I haven't made some in awhile." I said.

" Sure. That'll be fun, can Brent come too?" He said.

" Brent? " I tried to remember who he was. Sorry, I forget sometimes.

" The one that says mmhmm." Chris said. I laughed. Oh, that guy.

" Oh, yea. He can come." I said.

" Alright, I'll see you later." He said.

" Bye." I said. We hung up.

" Boyfriend?" Carter wiggled his eyebrows.

" Friend." I said.

" Sure." Carter sipped his drink.

" Are you excited for Halloween?" He asked. I look at him, confused. Halloween?

" Oh, I forgot. You dress in a costume and get free candy or past it out." Carter said.

" When is this Halloween?" I asked.

" October 31st." Carter said.

" That's tomorrow. I need to buy stuff." I said.

" Fine, let's go shopping." He chuckled. I grabbed his hand and left.

" You should wear this." Carter held a costume.

" Uh, no." I laughed. He laughed.

" This one." I said.

" Try it on." He said. I went to a dressing room and tried it on. I walked out.

" Hmmm, I like it." He said. He grabbed a black jacket. I put in out.

" Nice." He said.

" You are such a fashionista." I said.

" I know, darling." He said. I laughed and went back inside the dressing room. I took off the clothes and put my clothes on. I walked out and didn't see Carter. I felt someone poke my back. I turn around and saw a scary looking face. I screamed my lungs off and dropped my stuff. It took off its mask and I see Carter. He started to laugh a lot. He fell on the floor and continued to laugh.

" Carter!" I shouted. People were looking at us.

" Ma'am, you shouldn't be loud." The worker said.

" Sorry." I said. Carter got up and wiped the tears off his face.

" You should have seen your face. You were like ahhh." He made a face, I guess to show what mine looked like.

" Haha. Funny." I pushed past him and picked up the stuff.

" You can't be mad at me." He said. I ignored him and went to the cashier and paid for it.

" Christina, seriously." Carter said.

" I'm sorry." He stepped in front off me.

" I'm not mad, idiot." I smiled.

" I got desperate for nothing." He smiled back. We walked and put the stuff in the car along with the decorations, I bought. 95% sure that I wasted money, because the guys are gonna break it.

" So where are you gonna live now?" I asked him as I got in the passenger seat.

" With you, duh." He said as he started the car.

" No, you can not." I said.

" Why not?" He said.

" You're loud." I said.

" So is Cam, Nash, Hayes, Jack, Jack, and pretty much everyone in the house." Carter said.

" You got a point, fine." I said.

" Yes." He said. He turned on the radio and Shower by Becky G. comes on.

" Oh my God!" I shouted. Let's say I like the song.

" Ugh." Carter mumbled.

" Christina!" Hayes shouted my name.

" What?" I shouted as I set up my camera.

" Wear Cam, Nash, Carter, and I' s new clothing line. " Hayes handed my a shirt. It was gray with skeletons. Each skeleton had their name on it.

" The brand is UNITEDXXVI. " Hayes said.

" That's neat." I said, admiring it. I went upstairs and changed my shirt. I put on skinny jeans with it. I walk downstairs and I hear a knock on the door. I open it to reveal Chris and Brent. I smiled and let them in.

" Hey." They said.

" Hey. We are filming outside. " I pointed towards the backyard. They nodded and walked out.

" So what should we do?" I asked as I sat on the seat.

" Types of people?" Chris said.

" Sounds fun." Brent said.

" At school." I said.

" Yea. Lets do that one." Chris said. I nodded and press record.

I started to edit my video in the living room. Brent sat by me. He had a bag of chips.

" Gimme." I said. He laughed and gave me some. I ate as I edit the video.

" Yo, I gotta go. Crawford wanna hang out." He said. I nodded and he left.

" So, how is Connor?" Brent asked me.

" I haven't seen him in a long time." I said. I didn't take my eyes off my screen.

" Why? "

" Busy, I guess. " I said.

" Oh." He said. His phone rang. He began talking. I ignored it.

" I need to go, bye." He said.

" Bye." I said. I hear the door close.

An hour later, I finished editing. I turned off my computer. I close my eyes.

" Christina! You need to have some fun!" Sky came downstairs. She turned Pandora and Heart Made Up on You by R5 came on. Sky started to dance. I smiled and joined.

" Dance party!" Hayes said and started to join. After the laughing and dancing, I stopped and went upstairs. It was 10 p.m. I took a shower and changed my clothes. I sat on my bed. I lay down and close my eyes.
