I woke up to knocking on the bus door. I rub my eyes and get up. I open the door and Troye was there.
" Hey." I said, yawning.
" Just woke up?" Troye chuckled. I nodded and let him in.
" What's in there?" I asked.
" A gift for you." Troye smiled.
" You didn't have to do that." I said.
" It's just something." Troye said.
" I feel bad. I don't have anything for you." I said.
" It's alright. Just... Here." Troye said. I took the bag and sat down. Inside was a box, I took it out and opened the little box.
It was a ring.
" Diamond ring." I said.
" This must have costed so much. I can't take that." I said.
" I want you to have it." Troye said. I examined the ring. It was so beautiful.
" Why did you buy it?" I asked.
" I care about you, Christina. I walked past that ring and I thought about you. So I bought it." Troye said. I put the ring on my finger.
" Thank you, Troye." I hugged him.
" Ohhh, someone proposed!" Mahogany shouted.
" What?" Shawn shouted. He ran in and saw us.
" Him." Shawn growled. Shawn started to walk towards us. Troye back up in his seat.
" Stop." I said. Shawn didn't listen. I stepped in front of Shawn.
" Shawn, he didn't propose! It's just a ring." I shouted.
" A diamond ring!" Shawn shouted to me.
" So what? " I asked.
" I just need some time alone right now." Shawn walked out the door. I looked at Mahogany.
" Thanks a lot." I said and walked out the door. I ran after Shawn.
" Shawn!" I shouted.
" Just leave me alone." He said. I caught up to him.
" What is the matter with you?" I asked.
" Nothing." He said.
" You're lying. You just don't walk out like that." I said.
" Just leave me alone." Shawn shouted. I stood up.
" Fine." I said. I walked pasted him and our shoulders bumped into each other. I walked back to the bus.
" I'm so sorry, Christina. I didn't know." Mahogany said.
" It's alright." I walked towards Troye.
" Hey." I said.
" I'm so sorry." Troye said.
" It's alright. Shawn just needs... A break. He'll be fine." I said. Troye nodded.
" Maybe you should go. " I said.
" Okay, bye." Troye said. He sounded a little hurt. He walked out the door.
I went in the bathroom and showered. I changed into clothes and combed my hair. I walked out and laid in my bed.
No text. No calls. Nothing.
