Chapter 3: The big flirt

I woke up, scared. Memories flooded back. My breathing slowed. I checked the time. 11:30 a.m. I look at Sky. She is asleep. I grabbed a pillow and smacked her with it.

" Wake up!" I yelled.

" Nooo."

" Matt is here." I said, trying to hold my laughter. She jumps up and looks around. " Ugh. I hate you." She said.

" I love you too. Now get ready! I need to explore. I only know a few things about land." I said.

" A few? You mean a lot! It's like you had human knowledge or whatever!" Sky said.

" Whatever. Get ready!" I said. She gets up and went into the bathroom. I change my clothes. She walks out and I went in to do my usual routine. I carefully brush my teeth.

I walk out and see Sky waiting. " Wait. Let's get Matt. He might help us." Sky said.

" Sure." I said. I went to Matt's door and knocked. Carter answers. " Well, good morning, babe." He says, looking me up and down.

" Where's Matt?" I said. He looked at me and called Matt.

" Yo. What's up?" Matt said.

" Um. Can you hang out with me and Sky?" I asked. He nodded and got ready. I walked to Sky.

" Your boyfriend is coming." I said.

" Shut up. " She said, laughing. Matt walks out with... Carter.

" Is it okay if Carter comes?" Matt asks.

" Whatever." I said. I really didn't like Carter. He is such a flirt.

We walk out to Starbucks. What is Starbucks? Oh, it's like a coffee place. Sky and me got coffee. We barely drank it.

" Sky. Why is our life so hard?" I whispered.

" I wish that I knew." She whispered back. We walk out and of course, Carter comes to me.

" Hey, baby. You look fine today." He said.

" I don't need your opinion." I snapped.

" Woah. I'm just being nice." He said.

" Well. Your way of being " nice " is annoying." I said and walked away. We went to many places.

" Thanks Matt." I said and we hugged. Sky did the same but the hug was longer.

" Cough. Cough. We have to go." I said. Sky looks at me. I grab her and we walk away.

" He smelled so good!" Sky said.

" You are so into him." I said. We walk into our room. I got a text from unknown.

Guess who? <3

I texted back.

Leave me alone.

My first thought was Carter. And I was right.

It's Carter! Good night babe. ;)

He annoys me so much. I looked outside. It was a beautiful night in L.A. My thought were interrupted by Sky.

" Do you think Matt and I have a chance?" Sky asks.

" To be honest. I don't know. They don't know us like that. " I said.

" We can tell them!" Sky said.

" No! If we do, they can tell. I barely know half of them and Sky didn't either. When we feel comfortable, which I doubt will happen, we might tell." I said. I changed my clothes and fell asleep.
