Chapter 73: Reunited

I awoken to the sound of my phone.
" Ugh." I said as I look at my laptop. I feel asleep while researching. I picked up my phone and saw it was Tyson.
" Hey." He said.
" Hey, Tyson. I haven't spoken to you in awhile." I said.
" Yea. I known that you have been busy and all. I was just wondering if we can hang out again." He said.
" Yea. I'll go to your house later." I said.
" Okay, I'll see you soon." He said.
" Okay, bye." I said. I walked to my bathroom and rubbed my eyes. I put on some music and do my usual morning routine.
I changed my clothes into skinny jeans and a flannel shirt that I took from Nash. I walk out.
Shawn was downstairs. Ever since the fight, we didn't talk to each other. I don't want us to be on bad terms.
" Shawn?" I said. He looked at me.
" I'm sorry. " I see his eyes soften.
" No, Christina. I'm sorry." He said.
" Why didn't you talk to me?" I asked.
" I was just mad. I thought that you love me but I was forcing you to. And that wasn't right. I didn't mean for us to be mad at each other. Heck, I was the only one mad. I didn't talk to you because I thought you didn't want to talk to me. And I'm sorry for that. " he said. I pulled him into a hug.
" Shawn, I do love you. Not love love you. I just love you like a friend. You helped me with my singing. You were there for me. " I said as I pull away. He smiled.
" Thanks. Where are you going?" He asked.
" Friend's house." I said.
" Hmm." He said. I lightly punched him arm.
" Shut up. " I smiled. He laughed and walked to the kitchen. I walk out the door. I drove to Tyson's house. I saw the house and parked my car. So Tyson finally bought a house and moved out from his mom's apartment. I also see another car. I guess his mom went visit.
I got out of my car and walked to his door. I knocked and a lady opened the door.
" You must be Christina. I'm Tyson's mother, Ms. Cole. Call me Hazel." She smiled. She welcomed me in and I saw Tyson. He hugged me.
" I missed you." He said as we pulled away.
" I missed you. Wow, you got taller." I said as I looked up.
" Well, it's been like two months." He said.
" It's been crazy." I said.
" Yea. I heard that you went on tour, made a music video, got a record deal, and so on." He said. I nodded.
" Do you wanna see something?" He asked.
" Sure." I said as we walked out the door. We walked to the beach. He ran under the pier. I stopped by him and realized what I saw.
