Chapter 36: Moving on?

I pulled away and smiled. I stare into his brown eyes. He smiled.

" You do?" I asked.

" Of course." Taylor said. I hugged him.

" To show you how much I love you, I want to take you out on a date." Taylor said.

" I would love that." I smiled. Taylor told me the time and to dress casual.

" Where are we going?" I asked.

" It's a surprise." He said.

" Tell me." I said.

" I can't. But you should get ready." Taylor said. I kissed his cheek and walked out. I walked in my room. Hayes was still in my bed.

" Bacon!" I shout. Hayes jumps up and runs out my room. I laughed. I grabbed some clothes. I took a shower. I did my usual routine. I look at the bikini I wore when Nash and I went to the beach. I put in away. I got dress and straighten my hair.

" Knock. Knock." Someone said, walking in. I look to see Carter.

" Hey." I said.

" What are you getting ready for?" Carter said.

" A date." I smiled. I see Carter's smile fade. He looks away.

" Oh." Was all he said. He walked out my room. I frown. I finish getting ready. Sky walks in.

" Why is Carter sad?" She said.

" I told him that I was going on a date." I said.

" What? You and Carter was my otp! Well, JOX is my otp. You and Carter was my second otp!" Sky shouts.

" Really, Sky?" I asked.

" Yea. Who is the guy?" She asked.

" Taylor..." I said.

" You are confusing." Sky said.

" How about you? Matt hated you but you go back to him!" I shout.

" It's not the point!" Sky shouts.

" Matt said that he couldn't believe that he dated you. Then next, I see both of you together!" I shout.

" Stop talking. Matt changed. " Sky said.

" No. He didn't. " I said. Sky looked at me and walked out.

I have so many mixed emotions. I run my fingers through my hair. Calm down. You're going on a date with Taylor. Everything will be okay.

Taylor brought me to this restaurant. We intertwined our fingers and went to our table. I sat down. Taylor smiled at me and I smiled.

I look around and I see Nash with a girl. She had brown hair. She looks short. I look at Taylor. I look around again. I see Cam and Carter sitting at a table. Carter looks away from me.

He better not be spying. I grab Taylor's hand.

" You okay?" Taylor said. I nodded. We order and ate. I felt eyes looking at me. I push the thought away.

We got back home. Sky was cuddling with Matt. She looked like she was crying. I can't stand this. I can't hurt my friend. I walked to her.

" Sky." I said. She looks at me.

" I'm sorry... for what I said. I didn't mean it." I looked down. I felt arms around me. Sky.

" I'm sorry too." Sky said, pulling away. I smile.

" Where's Kylie?" I asked.

" On a date." Sky sang.

" Ohh. With Hayes?" I asked.

" Yes!" Sky shouted. We jumped up and down.

" Chill down." Matt laughed. We sat down. Taylor came by me and sat on my lap.

" You're heavy." I said.

" So?" Taylor smiled.

" So get off." I said, trying to push him off.

" Babe, I should sit on you too." Matt said to Sky. Matt got up and sat on Sky's lap.

" Boys are heavy." Sky said.

" Please get off." I said.

" I need something." Taylor said.

" A brain?" I said. Sky and Matt laughed.

" So you saying that I'm dumb?" Taylor looked at me.

" Ye- Um, no. No." I said.

" Yea, okay." Sky laughed.

" I need a kiss." Taylor said. I kiss his cheek.

" There." I said. Taylor point to his lips. I pecked his lips but Taylor cupped my cheeks.

" Earth to Christina. " Sky shouted. I pulled away. Taylor got off and sat by me.

" I liked that." Taylor said.

" Liked what?" Sky said.

" Did I say that out loud?" Taylor blushed. We nodded. Cam and Carter walks in. They look at me then look away. Then Nash walks in with a girl.

" Guys, this is Becky. She is my girlfriend." Nash said with a smile.

" Hi." Becky said. Nash looks at me.

" Nice to meet you, Becky." I said. I got up and hugged her.

" I like hugs." I said. Becky laughed. She is really pretty.

" Um. We are just gonna go in my room." Nash said. I nodded and sat by Taylor. We watched a movie but I got tired and walked upstairs. I changed my clothes and sat on my bed.

" Can I talk to you?"Carter said, walking in. I nodded.

" Why would you date Taylor?" Carter said.

" I love him." I said.

" I thought you loved me." Carter said. At this point, I'm confused.

" I- I don't know. It's just my feeling are mixed and I just don't know." I said.

" It's alright, Christina. Maybe it's time for us to move on." Carter said. It broke my heart.

" Yea." I lied. Carter walked out my room. I lay down.

My thoughts were everywhere. They are mixed up and I can't focus.

My thoughts were interrupted by a call. Troye.

" Hey." I said.

" Hey! So are you happy for tomorrow!" Troye said. I smiled.

" Yea. I'm excited." I said.

" In the morning, I'm gonna meet at your house. Can the others come too?"

" Of course, I miss them!" I said. Troye laughed.

" I gotta go. See you soon."

" Bye!" I hung up. I put my phone down. Troye. He is coming tomorrow. He came help me with this mess.

My eyes started to get heavy and I fell asleep.
