Wonwoo breathed slowly, feeling panic starting to bubble up in him. The party was loud, wild, and crazy; the three things that tended to trigger an panic attack. Grasping a hand to his spinning head, he beelined or the exit, weaving and bumping through the crowd of party-goers, completely ignoring the fact that he had promised Mingyu that he would stay for at least an hour. He heard Mingyu's voice, dimmed by the noisy music, calling out to him as he, too, jostled through the groups of half-drunk people. Wonwoo finally made his way out, sighing in relief as he burst through the front door. Mingyu ran up to him, the cool night breeze serenading both of their sweaty bodies. "Won, come on, you promised you would stay for an hour..." Mingyu said, frustratedly frowning at his boyfriend. The said boy ran a hand through his messy locks of hair. "I thought I could, but I can't, I really, really, can't. I just..." He trailed off weakly, biting his lip. "I can't believe you would break your promise like that, I-" Mingyu said angrily, before Wonwoo cut in, "You know what, I'm done, I'm not doing this anymore. I'm breaking up with you." Mingyu looked shocked, but Wonwoo continued with tears dripping off his chin, 

"I want you to have someone that would be able to go to parties with you, someone that would smile more and wouldn't need you to constantly worry about him killing himself, cutting himself or anything like that. Someone that can make you happy. Someone that's not me. " Wonwoo finished off sadly. 

"Won-" 

"Bye, Mingyu," 

"At least let me send you home," 

Wonwoo smiled in pain, "I'll be fine Mingyu, don't need to worry about me. I'll be fine. I'll call you when I get home." And with that, the boy walked off. 

Mingyu didn't hear from him that night. He never did the day after, or the day after the next day. In fact, he didn't get any news from Wonwoo until the Sunday morning paper arrived on his doorstep. And those few words on the front page sent his word spiralling downwards. "Boy killed in a car accident after drunk taxi driver crashed the car"
