I stared out the window looking at the pond in the back of my house. Fall colored leaves covered the pond like a blanket. Red,  orange, yellow, green, and brown to over all of outside. It's Fall, my favorite season of them all.

Our back and front yard had leaves spread all over the lush green grass. One day this weekend, my daughter and I will rake the leaves. Rose loved raking the leaves. Well actually she loved jumping in the leaves, not raking them.

"DADDY! DADDY! DADDY!" It was Rose screaming my name running down the hall.

"ARE WE GONNA RAKE THE LEAVES THIS WEEKEND!?" Her big rosy cheeks blushed every time she smiled. That's exactly how she got her name.

I scooped her up,  carrying her in my arms.

"Well of course we are!!!" I replied to sounding as excited as her.

"YIPPPPPPEEEEE!!" Rose practically bursting with energy. Her big blue eyes twinkled perfectly every time she smiled. Her little baby teeth just made her smile adorable,

Until she spat on me.

The End.
