Satisfaction of Starvation

Shawn POV

Regan and I remained locked in our individual rooms for almost 4 hours, it was now evening and the sun was setting.

I remained laying in my bed scrolling through my social media. As always, I saw a lot of fan edits of Regan and I with captions like, "perfect two" or "cutest couple" or "I ship it"

I began thinking over the pictures until my phone rang. It was a text from Gilinsky:

JackG- wats up man?

Me- hey

JackG- is Regan ok? I've been tryin to call here but she's not picking up?

Me- oh

At that point, Jack instantly called me asking what happened and I had to explain everything. "Did she eat anything today?" Jack asked. "Umm.... Some cereal and that's all." I explained. "She needs to eat something!" Gilinsky yells trough the phone. "Go try to talk to her and get her something to eat. Call me when she's ok please." He demanded and hung up.

I went across the hall to Regan's room and knocked on the door. "Baby? It's me. Can I come in?" I asked through the door. I waited a few seconds. No response. I tried to open the door but it was locked.

"Regan, come on please open the door?" I tried to coax her. Still nothing.

Regan POV

I was laying in bed hiding under my covers when there was numerous knocks against the door. I ignored them and closed my eyes. "Baby? It's me. Can I come in?" I heard Shawn's voice through the door.

I ignored it. There was again knocks against the door. I grabbed my earbuds and phone off the counter and turned on some music. U.N.I by Ed Sheeran was playing. I turned the volume up and pulled the covers over my had again.

I remained like this until I heard my door open and heavy footsteps walking up to my bedside. I shut my eyes and tried to ignore it.

A hand softly shook me. It was Shawn. "Baby? I know you're not asleep." He spoke. I turned so that my back was facing Shawn and I curled up into a ball.

I heard a ring from a phone but it wasn't on mine. "Hey dude. I got Regan." Shawn spoke. 'Great. Call my brother on me.' I thought.

"Is she ok?" My brother spoke. I felt another body lay on the other side of the bed. "I don't know, ask her." Shawn said a lifted up the covers. I looked At the phone to see that they were on FaceTime.

I took out my earbuds and looked at my brothers face on the phone. "What?" I snapped. "ReggyBear? What's wrong? Why haven't you been eating." My brother asked. I ignored him and turned my back towards them still laying down.

"Hey Shawn can you get something for Regan to eat and I'll talk to her." Jack explained and I felt Shawn get off the bed and walk out of the room while shutting the door behind him.

I turned back around and picked up the phone. "What's wrong ReggyBear?" He asked once again. I explained everything to my brother and how I was feeling. I heard the door open again and saw Shawn walking in with a Bowl of food.

"Go eat. And please don't give Shawn a difficult time." Jack pleaded. I nodded and hung up.

I put the phone on the night stand as Shawn sat next to me on the bed. "Baby please eat?" He asked. I laid back down and turned my back to him.

"Please hear me out. I love you. And everything I said wasn't true. I let my feelings get the best of me. And the whole Colin thing I mentioned, it's not even true. You're way better than that. I'm so sorry for all the things I said earlier. I love you so much. And I'm worried that you're not eating. Please?" He explained I turned around and peeked up from the covers.

"Come on beautiful. Please eat something." I sat up in bed and looked in the bowl. There was mashed potatoes with gravy. Basically my favorite Thanksgiving dish. I know, I'm basic.

Shawn handed me the bowl and turned on Netflix as I took tiny bites . "Your choice princess." He smiled and scrolled through the tv shows and movies.

He sat on the other side of the bed next to me as I took tiny bites of mashed potatoes. "Harry Potter." I simple asked and his smile grew wider. "Your officially MINE." Shawn laughed and wrapped his arm around my shoulder and pulled me closer to him.

"I thought I was yours when you asked me out?" I questioned. He nodded and kissed the top of my head.

As we continued to watch the movie, I looked down my bowl and half the food was gone already. "I'm full." I simply say an looked up at Shawn.

"You only ate half of the food and you haven't eaten all day today." He begged. "But I'm full and I'm getting tired." I explained. He nodded in understanding and took the bowl and got off the bed.

"I'm gonna take the bowl to the kitchen and I'll be back to watch the rest of the movie ok?" He explained and I nodded as I pressed pause on the remote.

He walked out of the door shutting it behind him and I got out of bed. I went to the drawers where I stored my cloths and picked out some yoga pants and a white kami. I took off my make up and threw on the clothing products.

I went to the bathroom to brush my teeth and comb out any knots in my hair. I slid on my glasses and walked back to the room to see Shawn was already sitting on the bed.

"When did you get here?" I asked as I walked over to where he was sitting. "Just now." He replied. I climbed over him and laid on the other side.

I crawled back under the covers and cuddled up to Shawn's side. "I'll let you sleep. Goodnight baby." He smiled and leaned down the kiss my forehead.

"Can you stay with me?" I asked. Shawn gave me a questioning look. "Of course I'm gonna stay with you." He answered.

"No, I mean sleep....here." I explained. He went to turn off the tv and lights. Then I felt the bed move a little and I knew is was Shawn.

I got cold and got off the bed to go grab a hoodie then I laid back down. "Goodnight ReyRey." Shawn whispered while wrapping his arm around my waist and pulling me closer to him.

"Goodnight Shawn." I smiled and curled up into a ball next to him.
