She was bone tired, her eyes were straining in her skull and a pounding headache has long since throbbed behind her left eye, but it seemed Hanji wasn't done,"And the Groomsmen can wear this..." She tossed another piece of paper toward the nodding off bride. Sakura caught a glimpse off a dark gray tuxedo with a red tie before it disappeared within the mass of paper laying in front of her, she was almost positive they've thought through everything for next weeks' wedding but apparently she was wrong.
"Don't forget we are going to try on dresses tomorrow and Riley and Mikasa are coming with." Hanji was sitting in front of Sakura's desk in the Survey Corps HQ, a Manila folder perfectly balanced on her knees.
"Hanji," Sakura groaned and leaned back in her chair,"How is this a simple wedding?" She placed her hands over her eyes.
"This is simple!" Hanji cried and waved a hand at the pile of paper,"We've picked the flowers, the dresses, the tuxedos, the place, the hair, everything!"
Sakura peeked underneath her hand at her friend and couldn't help but laugh,"Hanji when I said a simple wedding was okay with me I didn't mean it was okay to-"
"Don't say it." Hanji said and stood up,"This is your wedding! We have to make it memorable, which means it's simply complicated."
She scowled at her friend as Hanji grabbed the smaller girl and shook her,"Hanji! You're going a little overboard here!"
Hanji pouted,"I am not! This is going to be a perfect wedding for ten people!"
"Erwin and I are the ones that are getting married here in case you've forgotten."
"I haven't and that's why Erwin, Levi, Mike, Ryan, Eren and Armin are going to try on tuxes the day after tomorrow." Sakura pinched the bridge of her nose, exhaling through her mouth she desperately clings to the promise she made to Erwin the day before.
--
She was in his office, pacing in front of his desk with cheeks puffed out in anger,"She's insane I'm telling you!" She cried and threw her hands in the air.
Erwin was watching his soon to be wife with mild amusement, he couldn't help but admit that she was incredibly stunning when she was frustrated. He listened to her complain about Hanji's relentlessness with a half smile that began to grow with each minute that passed,"She's just trying to help." He tried offering, but when Sakura's smoldering gaze set on him he cringed, why did he open his mouth again?
Her gaze softened and a defeated sigh escaped her lips as she collapsed into a chair, with her head in her hands she whispered,"Yeah I know."
He chuckled, pushing back from his seat he walked around his desk and pulled his fiancé into his lap; she lifted her head just to rest it on his shoulder,"She's impossible." She breathed, her eyes were closed and she was completely relaxed against his chest.
He snaked his fingers through her hair, resting his cheek on the top of her head, he said,"Promise you won't kill her?"
She laughed lightly,"Sure. I promise."
--
Now she wasn't so sure she could keep that promise, Hanji has constantly yanked Sakura into this wedding planning, it didn't matter if Sakura was doing paperwork or trying to train her squad, Hanji would drag her away to show her numerous pictures. And oh the paperwork Hanji has bestowed upon the unhappy bride, the paperwork just kept coming with each flower or dress or tux they pick, there was always papers to be signed. Deciding it would be best for her sanity and Hanji's life to close this meeting for the rest of the day she leveled her gaze with the brunette,"What time are we supposed to go try on dresses tomorrow?"
