"Well it's a good thing you lost in that fight!" Scar says as realization dawns on her. Mars's eyes widen, as realization hits him, hard.
"Yes, yes it is," Mars pauses as he thinks of something else, "Isn't it funny that father thought we were mates? He's gonna feel so weird when he finds out that you and me are siblings!"
Scar laughs. Her father would certainly be weirded out when the two told him they were siblings.
"Well brother, I'm going to sleep. Goodnight." Scar whispers as she lays her scarred head on her paws.
"Goodnight Akeela." Mars says as he stares out of the hollow tree. Many thoughts ran wild through his head.
One of them being that he just found his sister, whom everyone thought was dead, so he's excited that she's alive. But she's mates with his mortal enemy, making her his mortal enemy. And that is killing his excitedness.
Eventually Mars falls into a deep sleep.
The next morning.
"Hey sleepy head!" Scar laughs as Mars finally wakes up. Scar had been awake for hours now, she was up even before the sun rose.
Mostly because it was hard to sleep for too long before getting uncomfortable with such a bulging stomach.
"Morning sis." Mars yawns before stretching. "Let's go! I wanna go home." Scar says impatiently as Mars stretches some more.
"Give me a few minutes, I gotta finish stretching first." Mars says with laughter as he continues stretching.
Once he was finally done stretching, Scar was ecstatic to go back to her mate. "Let's go! Let's go! Let's go!" Scar says with so much excitement as she jumps up and down.
Mars laughs, she definitely was still puppy like. But we all know how wrong he is.
"Before we go, I must speak to father." Mars explains to a less than enthused Scar. "Well make the talkin quick! I wanna go home!" Scar says with a whole shit ton of dominance.
"Righty o Akeela." There was that name again, Scar still found it weird to be called Akeela.
Mars lets out a full hearted howl, calling for his father. A few seconds later a deep howl responds.
Scar's impatience was evident, she just wanted to go home and now she has to wait for her father.
Within a few minutes a huge brown wolf appears. "What is it that you need son?" Alpha Rocky says so formally it just adds to Scar's impatience.
"I have some news that should delight you." Mars also says super formally. "What is it?"
"I found her!" "Found who?" Scar's eyes keep going from one wolf to another, this conversation was seemingly getting excited.
"Akeela." Alpha Rocky's eye light up with so much glee it was incredible. "Well where is she then?" Alpha Rocky says with almost as much impatience as Scar has.
"She's right here." Mars says while gesturing his head towards Scar. In a blink of an eye Rocky is in front of Scar rubbing his head against hers.
"My daughters home. My daughters home." Rocky mumbles happily. Scar quickly back ups, this was very awkward.
Rocky smiles at her, he was so happy. But then that beautiful smile turned into an ugly scowl, as the alpha realized what Mars already knew.
She's mates with the enemy, making her the freaking enemy.
"Go now. Return to your pack." Alpha Rocky says with coldness. That impatience was gone and instead replaced with excitement. She was going home!
"Let's go! Let's go! Let's go! Hurry up Mars!" Scar shouts as she quickly walks off. "Wrong way." Mars laughs.
"I knew that, I was just testing you." She says confidently as she walks the way Mars is walking.
Rocky sighs as he watches his two remaining children walk away. One was to be the alpha of his pack, while the other was the enemy's mate.
Rocky knew he should hate his daughter for being with the enemy, but he couldn't just hate his daughter for that, it wasn't her fault that the enemy took her as his mate.
Thunder's Pov.
The pack feels the same hatred towards Scar as I do. And now me and my best warriors are working on our plan of attack.
That enemy pack of ours is going to die! Oh and if I see that enemy alpha, I'm going to kill him myself.
I may hate Scar, but I still miss her. I miss how she always tried to defy whatever I said and I miss sleeping next to her every night.
But I hate her, and I will never get to experience any of that again. I could just simply take a new mate.
But as I previously stated, all the females in my pack are unworthy and none of the females I could hunt will ever amount to Scar.
A sound behind me brings me back to reality. I whirl around and growl, ready for a fight.
"Calm down. It's just me." Ivy states as she walks over and sits down next to me.
I calm down a little, but I'm still livid with rage at the thought of Scar.
"When will we attack the enemy?" "Soon. As soon as the warriors and I finish our plan." I explain to her.
Ivy leans her head on my shoulder, I shift uncomfortably. "Oh sorry Thunder, I should have asked before I did that." She says, but she doesn't move her head from my shoulder.
Her presence annoys me more and more as the seconds pass, she can not just come over here and lean on me without my permission.
I growl a low warning, telling her to back off or I'll make her. She listens and doesn't lean on me, instead she moves closer to me.
I'm tired of this shit. "Back off Ivy." "Oh but why, we both know you want me." She says with a look of lust on her face.
Want her? Why the hell would I want her? "I do not want you. Now run before I kill you." Ivy looks at me with shock before getting up and running away.
Off in the distance I hear a howl come from the enemy territory. But as quickly as it starts the howls gone.
