Jungkook One Shots

~The Student Pt.4~

Another day had ended as all your students flooded out of the classroom. You sighed, staring at all the papers that had piled over your desk the past few days. You placed your arms onto the top of your desk and rested your head down before letting your eyelids close.

You hadn't exactly been in the right mindset recently. All day you were either zoned out most of the time completely lost of energy. What's the reason? Well, it could just be your lack of sleep but you also knew that, that wasn't the main reason. Because deep down you knew the true reason for why you had been acting strange. It was because of Jungkook.

He rarely showed up at school anymore if anything, he'd show up twice in one week. And not even for the whole day. You'd see him in the halls but every time you'd call for him, he'd turn the corner and disappear like thin air. In class, if your eyes met, he'd do the same thing and avoid your gaze.

What happened Jungkook? Why won't you talk to me? Did I do something wrong?

*Tap* *Tap*

"Ms. L/n?" A faint voice said as you slowly opened your eyes. Standing before you was one the janitors from our school, Mr. Jones.

"Are you alright Ms. L/n?" He asked.

"Huh? Oh yes, I'm sorry, I didn't realize I had fallen asleep." You said, looking around you to see that it was getting slightly dark outside. You looked down only to notice something draped around you. You pulled it off from yourself and noticed that it was a black jacket. This isn't mine, who's jacket is this?

You got a whiff of a familiar scent coming from the jacket. Is this...Jungkook's? No, it can't be, he wasn't even here today. But then who's is it?

"Did you happen to see anyone else left in the building?" You ask Mr. Jones in hopes that the jacket could belong to them.

"I'm sorry Ms. L/n but I didn't see anybody besides us two." He answers.

"Oh..that's fine, thank you." You reply, remaining confused and slightly disappointed.

"You better head home now, you look awfully tired today Ms. L/n. Are you sure you're feeling alright?" He asked with a worried expression.

"Oh don't worry about me, I'll be just fine." You said, standing up from your chair but suddenly feeling a little dizzy. You place your hand against your head and realize how hot it is. My day just keeps getting better and better. You decide to ignore it for now and start to head out the classroom, not forgetting to grab the anonymous owner's jacket.

As you make it out of the building, you can feel yourself losing your balance but you continue to walk until something catches your eye. A tall figure, quite some distance away was standing by the schools gate before quickly walking away. You could somehow make out the figure's face and—

Wait a second.....Jungkook? I can't be imaging this can I? You started gaining a little speed as you started following him but you still weren't feeling well enough to run. At this rate, you weren't gonna be able to catch up to him.

"Jungkook! Wait!" You yelled out but he only quickened his pace. "Please! Jungkook!" Your vision suddenly turned blurry as you tried blinking your eyes multiple times but it wasn't working.

"Jung....Jungkook..." You tried calling for the last time before the world around you slowly started fading into a dark and desolate place. But you swore right at the last second, you could see the outline of Jungkook's worried face in front of you.
