Episode 10: It's Our Place Now

[Chaeyoung's Classroom]

"Let's go for lunch! I'm really hungry!!" Baekhyun says since the lecturer just left and it is break time at noon so they will have lunch together as usual

"I really want Japchae specifically today." Jisoo adds as they prepare their backpacks before leaving

"I miss my granny's Kimchi Stew. I haven't had it for so long!" Chaeyoung pouts as Kimchi Stew is her favorite Korean food

[Cafeteria in their school]

Of course, Jisoo gets her Japchae and Kimbap and so do Junmyeon and Baekhyun because they have similar taste but Chaeyoung gets pasta, another favorite food of hers.

"Do you go to Minseok Oppa café directly after this?" Jisoo asks Chaeyoung while they are eating their lunch

"Ani! I want to study for the exam a little first. Are you guys free?" Chaeyoung looks at everyone's face for the answer

"Mian, Chaeng! I have a piano course after this. My dad just sent me there." Jisoo pouts

"I already agree to accompany my mum to my grandpa's house." Junmyeon says after Jisoo

"Me too! I have to meet Sehun." Baekhyun adds

"Y'all are busy and I know! It's okay! We always review separately."Chaeyoung says causally since it is true that they study separately as always. They are all occupied with their things but their bonds never lose somewhere.

[A Building's Rooftop]

This is where Chaeyoung likes to come alone on this university campus. She doesn't like studying in the library or café like others because she prefers being all by herself when it comes to studying or reviewing. This place really has fresh air and is very quiet for good sake... Well, guess nobody notices that this place exists on their campus as well! She enjoys her time alone with her books and laptop on her lap... She concentrates on her laptop's screen while her right hand holding a wireless mouse scrolling around.

Suddenly she hears a footstep behind her! Who is it????? She turns her head as she hears a voice calling...

"Chaeyoung???" Someone calls by her name

"Oh! Chanyeol? It's you!" Chaeyoung turns her head to the back and it reveals Chanyeol walking towards her... But guess what? He doesn't wear his spec today! "Why are you here too?" Chaeyoung asks him because it is always her place and no one has ever found out before...

"Oh! I guess it's silent here so I came randomly but I didn't expect you're here too." Chanyeol sits down next to her and looks at her face with his smiley thick lips

"Eh! You didn't stalk me, did you?" Chaeyoung says sarcastically

"I'm not a psycho, well, although I'm into you!" Both of them blush at the same time. Well, that night, a few days before today, that Chanyeol confessed, Chaeyoung didn't give him any answer yet and she didn't expect to see him anytime sooner as well... But now... It's too coincident!!

"And why are you here too? Do you always come here?" Chanyeol changes the topic to break the awkwardness

"Well! I prefer here to study over in the library or a café. It feels so good here so that I can gain inspiration and motivation to think of the new ideas in designs." She laughs softly because she is a graphic designer after all that she needs new idea while Chanyeol looks at her smile with his big smiley eyes that look bigger without his spec

"So can this place be ours by now?" He says while she widens her eyes because he asks permission to share this rooftop with her

"Wae? You said like I bought this place already." Chaeyoung laughs and nods "Well, I can share here with you but you are not allowed to disturb me nor bring others here, ok? My inspirations might run away if you keep bothering me!" She says sarcastically

"It's already nice that this place is silent and gives inspirations but it's nicer if you can stay here with me too." Chanyeol suddenly comes back to his senses like he realizes what he just said... He covers his mouth with his left hand like he shouldn't have spoken out his mind...

"Are you trying to use a pick line to make moves on me from now on? You are so flirty, Chanyeol!" Chaeyoung asks him with a straight face

"I'm sorry Chaeng if it bothers you! I won't do anything that seems to force you. It's true that I really want you but you ought to be willing with it too! I can wait, Chaeng!" He pauses a bit "I may look like making moves on you but... I... I've never done this before... I've never been in this situation... This in love!" He starts to call her nickname 'Chaeng' instead of 'Chaeyoung' now... He might want to feel closer to her... She remains silent after all... She doesn't know what she feels about him yet!

"Chanyeol-ah, Listen! I don't want to disappoint you. You haven't known me yet." Chanyeol raises his eyebrows as he doesn't really understand what she means "What you see is just a side of me. If you discover something about me later, you might regret it."

"I don't really understand. But let me say like this... I don't know you, probably just yet, but I'm willing to know everything. It's okay that you want us to study about each other first. I can wait and see what is coming." Chanyeol says with his serious facial without blink looking at Chaeyoung, but she already loses her words to response... She sighs and moves her front little hair to the back of her ear before speaking...

"I can't guarantee it. Like, we are good being friends like this and I don't want to think of anything else yet."
