Not much else to say, so...

Age: 20-21

Couples: Stalka

Place: Berk

Summary: Stoick teaches Valka his new favourite dance.

###

Stoick and Valka were sitting on a cliff high above Berk, arm in arm, watching the sunset.

"It's mighty beautiful, isn't it, Stoick?" Valka claimed, leaning further into her loved one's strong arms.

"Aye, it really is. It reminds me of a certain someone I know," Stoick chuckled, leaning down to kiss his newly betrothed on her temple. She hummed in appreciation.

"Oh! That reminds me," He suddenly perked up, standing up and offering a hand to Valka.

"Hmm? Where are we going?" she asked, standing up.

"Oh, nowhere. But, last night, I was talking with me' parents."

"Oh no, this'll be good," Valka chuckled, rolling her eyes playfully.

"No, no. Don't give me that look," He replied, poking her shoulder. "You'll like this - I think. I was, erm, talking about you..." He blushed, and Valka smiled at him, telling him to keep going. "And, they told me about this forgotten dance. They said - erm - once you do it, you're showing your commitment to your loved one. Its called, 'For the Dancing and The Dreaming'!"

"I'm listening," Valka smirked. She wasn't usually one for partying, singing and especially dancing. But, if it was for Stoick, she would do anything. "Teach me," she shyly asked, even though it was more of a command. Stoick smiled.

"Okay, so. You start like this," He said, standing still, and moving Valka into position. "Then we uh, walk, around each other." he poorly explained, but Valka understood and copied her betrothed.

"Then, we put our arms up like this," He said, putting up his arm.

Eventually, after a while, Stalka had nailed their dance down.

"You know, Stoick, this is actually quite fun! Tiring, but fun!" Valka cried, now doing their second perfect run.

"Oh, yes, there's singing too!" Stoick exclaimed, and Valka's face fell. "Come on, Val. At least try singing once. You probably sound beautiful!" He begged.

"Alright, then." She sighed. He taught her the words, and Stoick was right, she did sound quite beautiful.

This dance was later used at their wedding, and a special reunion. The dance was passed on to their son, Hiccup, and he did it to his love one to. And thus, the story goes, most People on Berk called it the 'Haddock's dance, since they were the only one's who used it, and it was passed down through generations, and generations, and generations.

A/n: wasn't sure how to end this one. Ugh... this is so short it makes me want to cry. But hey, its something.
