*Emma's POV*
I was in the chemistry lab again and Mr. Deley gave us a surprise test. Obviously I was insecure about my smartness so I had to cheat!
I looked for my magic mirror in my bag but couldn't seem to find it. I wonder where it went. I'm sure I didn't leave it in the dorm room.
"Looking for something?" Mr. Deley interrupted and I looked at him holding my maguc mirror.
Oh no. How did he even know about it?
"Thank you, Jack. It's gratifying to see someone still respects the honor code. It will be my recommendation that you are expelled"
Of course it's him! Ugh! Can't believe I fell for him. I hate Jack Avery!
"Mr. Deley, I-" I tried to explain before getting cut off.
"But that isn't fair. Obviously she wasn't cheating since she didn't have that... Whatever it is" Daniel said.
"It's called a magic mirr-"
"You're not helping. Stop. Maybe she needed another pencil"
"Actually I was-"
"Really, don't help. Please"
I looked back at Mr. Deley and mouthed the word 'Please'.
"Well, If you can pass this test, I'll return your property and let the matter drop" Mr. Deley gave in.
Thank god!
I thanked Daniel for his kind gesture and continued to do my test.
