*Valerie's POV*

Currently Corbyn, Jonah, Emma and I are making cookies for the love spell that we will be putting Zach under. This way, he will fall in love with me, leave Audrey for me. I will go to Coronation with Zach and get to stand right beside the whole process of Fairy Godmother blessing Zach. I would be standing right beside the magic wand which would make it much more easier to get to. After we get the wand, I use the wand to take down the magic barrier and all the villians on the isle would be free. Simple.

"All right. It says that we still need one tear, and I never cry" I said pointing towards the spell book while looking at the cookies recipe.

"Let's just chop up some onions" Corbyn suggested while holding up an onion.

Luckily it was night so no one was in the kitchen besides the four of us.

"No. It Says that we need one tear of human sadness. And this love potion gets the best so we have to follow it exactly"

"A tear's a tear"

"That's not true, Jo. They both have antibodies and enzymes, but an emotional tear has more protein-based hormones than a reflex tear"

"Listen to you" I said proud of Emma.

"Yeah, I knew that" Jonah says.

"Did not" Corbyn corrected.

"Yeah, I did"

Just then Tate walked into the kitchen and I immediately covered up my spell book with a cloth hoping that she didnt see it.

"There you are, Valerie! I was looking for you. You know, all the girls want you to do their hair!" Tate paused and looked at the bowl I was holding, which consisted of the dough foe the cookies.

"Midnight snack, huh? What you guys making?"

"Nothing special. Just cookies" I giggled.

"Oh no, no!" I screamed as Tate dipped her finger into the dough and licked it.

"Wait, wait, wait!" Corbyn yelled as well.

This is not good! Who knows what could happen to her! I mean sure we havent finished the spell but still!

"What? I'm not gonna double dip" She laughed.

"Feel different?" Emma asked. Gosh.

"Yeah, like maybe it might be missing something?"

"Hey, there" Jonah swooped in.

As usual, Jonah was trying to flirt. But this time for a good reason, to check if the spell worked or not. Tate just looked at Jonah weirdly.

"It could use some chips" Tate said while walking towards the feidge and grabbing a bag of 'chips'. What is that?

"Chips?" Jonah asked.

"Chocolate chips. Just the most important food group. Wait, didn't your moms ever make you guys, like, chocolate chip cookies? Like, when you're feeling sad, and they're fresh from the oven, with a big old glass of milk, and she just makes you laugh and puts everything into perspective and... why are you all looking at me like that?" She referred to us looking at her as if we had no clue what she was talking about. Which we didn't so...

"It's just different where we're from" I replied.

"Yeah, I know. I just, you know, I thought... Even villains love their kids" We all lowered our heads. "Oh... How awful" Tate continued. Wow never heard of parents doing that. My mom's definitely never done that for me.

Tate lowered her head as well and I noticed a few tears running down her cheeks. This is perfect! I wiped her cheeks, acting as if I was consoling her, but really I did it so that I could put it into the dough that I was making for the cookies. I flicked the tear into the bowl and we are down!

"Yeah, well, big bummer, but we have to get these into the oven, so thank you so much for coming by. Really, really have a good night. I'll see you tomorrow. Evil dreams"

I pushed Tate out of the kitchen, in a friendly way.

"Goodnight" Tate said.

"Okay, boys, cookie sheet. Emma, oven" I ordered right after Tate was out of my sight.

"Yes, ma'am" Emma formally replied.
