CHAPTER 25

Unknown's P.O.V

   Her room is so small for someone with her power. As I entered the room, I could feel the vibrations around her, clearly from her power. She's the first Chosen with so much powers. Her powers will get me the Empire and so much more. Oh, I can't wait for revenge.
  
I moved closer to her bed, she was curled into a ball, sleeping carelessly like she owned the world and nothing could stop her. Maybe she does.
  
I stood at the foot of her bed, humming my favorite song. She stirred awake, eyes searching the room as she flung her covers away from her body. Hmm she has sharp hearing.
I love it when no one can see me. It feels so good. You just keep doing your thing and no one sees you.

"Well, aren't you cute?" Her head snapped up, confusion written all over her face.

"Who are you? Show yourself" She sat up straight, clutching her duvet around her.
A scared Chosen girl. Isn't that ironic?

"I'm a friend" I added with a muffled laugh. I can't give myself away.

"A... A friend? Then, come out" She didn't stop staring at her ceiling. If not for one thing which is my plan, I would have hit her head hard. Does she think I'm some kind of Wall gecko lurking around on her ceiling?

"I wish I can. I wish you can see me but no one can" I tried making my voice solemn, the expression on her face was priceless. Confusion, disbelieve, fear, all in one face. She looked up at the ceiling again, squinting her eyes.

"I'm not up there, you know. I don't creep"

"Where are you now?" She asked, scanning the room.

"Next to your closet" Well, I was standing at the foot of her bed. Why tell her the truth?

"What the hell are you?" She asked staring straight at her closet. If only she knows I'm directly in front of her.

"A cursed man who wants to help a friend"

This is getting too good.
