Forever Changed

Chapter 2

CHAPTER 2 

I didn't even remember what happened during 2nd period. The fight I had with Kayla was still in my head. Why did I say that to her? I mean I know she was looking out for me and I don't even know for sure if I want to have sex with Adrian, but there are times when I wish Kayla and me were close as we were before.  

She was there for me she still is but anytime I talk or come to her with my problems she gives me some bible verse or as I like to say bible lessons. Sometimes it helps but I don't want to here what it says in the bible. She's a different person now.  

The bell rang and I got out of 2nd period. I walked alone trying to figure out things in my head and also because I was not in the mood for anyone right now. Then someone bumped into me making me drop my binder that I had in hand. I went to pick it up when I heard that voice. "You really need to watch were your going." I got up and saw the person.  

It was Taylor. 

One of the most stuck up-selfish-drama queen I have ever meet. She has straight blonde hair with blue eyes. She is skinny and she has high cheek bones. Ugh. 

"Taylor please don't annoy me right now." I asked as nicely as possible. 

"Aww. Girls look at her she's got a lot on her mind." she said to the rest of her "posey".  

"Don't you have anything better to do in your life than torture me?" I asked. 

"I do but I like to mess with you." 

"Aww you care that much to take time off your schedule to mess with me." I said. 

"You wish." 

"Well at least I have a sexy boyfriend."  

"Your really ask for it aren't you?" she said. 

"What? You jealous?" 

"No and besides I was a better girlfriend to Adrian anyways." 

She's Adrian's ex.  

"I don't think so. He is still with me because I can keep the guy interested." I said. As this was happening a crowd was forming. I don't know why, I mean don't people have anything better to do. But it's a fight so I don't blame them.  

When I said this she reached her limit. She slapped me! I was getting ready to hit her, my fist was in the air but then someone stepped in front of me, guess who? Kayla.  

"Sarah don't." she said. What the? Why was she here? Where did she come from? All these thoughts were going through my head. Then Taylor said " Look guys here mommy is here to protect her." I pushed Kayla out of my way and punched her. She stepped back and her back hit the lockers. Taylor's hand went to her nose and she said "You little-" but she didn't get the rest out because Kayla jumped in and apologized for me took me by the arm and lead me to her car. I had a smile on my face the whole way to the car.  

"Why are you smiling?" she asked me. 

"Because I just punched the girl that I hate in the face!" I said 

Kayla just shook her head. "Why are we out here?" I asked. 

"Were taking a road trip." she said as she opens the car door and got in it. I rushed over to the other side and slid into the passengers side.  

"Really?" I said getting excited. 

"Well don't get too excited because the road trip I had in mind is only about 40 minutes away." she said. 

"Oh." I said trying to remember what is 40 minutes away that we can go. We live in Naples, Florida so we all live in a small town but when you get out of our town you can see we live basically in the middle of no where, but for me I love it! I hate the city because of all the noise and such. I can just sit outside and just think. Now my personality may not fit with this but what can I say I'm a weird girl.
