POV Hanna
I was shocked and confused. Did he really just ask that? Did he want to go as friends? or more? I thought to my self. I did not realize that I was staring at him like he was crazy until Becca snapped in my face, getting my attention. " What just happened?" She looked at me with a concerned expression. " Nothing. " Luke snapped and stormed away as the bell rang for homeroom. Becca looked at me but I just stared at Luke waling away. She asked again "What happened?" I looked at for a minute still in shock form the question. I answer slowly not sure of my self " I think that Luke just asked me out" Becca was in as much shock as me... she stared to ramble " Waite what? I did not know he likes you! I mean I should know these things I am dating his best friend!! Well me and Ash need to have a talk." I was in my on sea of questions my self. I never knew that Luke had feelings for me. Where did they come from? When did he start liking me? What changed from yesterday to today? Why did he have a change of mind? "Come on. " Becca said pulling on my arm " Mr.Betz is going to give us another detention if we are late again." I snapped out of my thought and started into a sprint I really could no afford another detention, not after what just happed with Luke.
"Alright class." Mr.Betz was staring to do role call. "No wait!" Me and Becca yelled from down the hall. Mr.Betz stuck his head out the class room and saw us "This better be a good one girls." He said rolling his eyes. " It is, we were getting out of the car when I saw Ash" Becca said explaining. " And you know young love, it just can't wait. Then Luke!!! Oh Luke asked her out!!!" "I think." I added. " Alright girls that was not a good reason" he said as he entered the classroom " But since you gave me something to tease Luke about I will not mark you late." Becca pretended to wipe sweat off of her head. She is always trying to be funny or making jokes. This is why Ash and her are prefect, he will always laugh even if it was not funny. Which is really sweet but now she thinks she is so funny ,but I love her she is like a sister to me.
It seems that the bell for lunch takes forever, I am endlessly checking the clock. *ring *ring. I rase out the classroom to meet Becca at her locker where Ash seem to beet me they were already at it. "Becca!" She jumped and turned around " Oh hey did you see that." "Yes I did not like it will stop you tho." I said rolling my eyes " But Ash have you seen Luke?" "Yeah I have but he said he was not feeling so good." Ash said that last part giggling his high pitch laugh " what do you mean he was not feeling good?" " To be honest he was fin he was just afraid that you were going to reject him." " I would never.." I started to say but Becca cut me off. " Wait you knew that Luke liked Hanna?" Without letting him answer she continued " Why did you not tell me? I am you girlfriend right!?" She's yelling. Ash's face stared to turn red. I had to stop Becca all she was doing is making things worse. I put my hand over her mouth to stop her rambling. " I'm really sorry but I did not know that he was going to ask her out on a date, if I knew I would of told you." He looked at her in the eyes and she gave in " I can not be mad at you come on let's go." Becca said pointing down the hall. " well I see you guys later." I said walking away. I went outside to see Luke sitting at our table.
