"Ok, we can mourn your possible future demise later West. For now, it's time to hit the sage archives. Telfrin is away and it will be easier to sneak around if he's not there. To your feet man." She tapped his back and set him up, scooting herself to the edge of the bed, and got up. Lacing her boot as he slowly followed.

"La rata.. mumble.. things I do for you princess.. mumble... I DESPISE THAT WOMAN." West had gone from mumbling to full-out tantrum.

"Haha I know you don't like her and we won't use her if we don't have to, ok" Miri put a reassuring hand on his shoulder.

"I would prefer that, yes. I would also prefer to go the rest of my life and never see that little rat again." West cut his eyes.

"Yes I know, I know," she laughed as she grabbed her bag and the prince. "Let's go."

The library and sage archives were at the back of the castle and took up four floors. It could take days for them to find something. Miri was hopeful though.

"So what exactly are we looking for Princesa? A certain scroll or book?" He asked, wanting to know the mission's details before they got there.

"Anything having to do with the fairy fire, that evil darkness oh or about my new power," Miri whispered the last part.

"Yeah we got to find some that can help you control that, we don't want it going off at random times," he replied. They both shook their heads with worry and agreement at the thought.

Finally, they made it to the library, slowly taking the last corner. They hid behind the plants outside the library.

"Have you got any invisibility magic yet?"

She shook her head. "Unfortunately that's a no."

West sighed "Geez, I wish your skills were made to order."

Miri looked at him raising an eyebrow.

"We most definitely need some sort of invisibility. Oh! I bet that's a magia oscura skill!"

She put her finger to her lips like shush, as she kneeled behind the plants, pulling him down with her.

"Or a camouflage ability? Yesss, that would be perfect... Get on that ok." he patted her back.

"Yeah I will get right on that" she cut her eyes at him. If only it worked that way she thought.

Just then a couple of sages walked by and they both stepped further back behind the plants.

"For now though do your light sensey thingy" West told her. She was already firing it up as he said it.

Miri stood, put her hand up in a stop motion, and was surrounded by yellow light that instantly faded. Making a fist, then opening her fingers, she closed her eyes and touched the edge of the invisible light bubble. A small speck of light appeared and air whirled through the library.

"Sweet you used the air check too," The prince noticed.

"1,2,3,4,5 elders the light and air sensed. There's 5 total, 1 at the front 3 in the back, and 1 is studying at the tables.."

He nodded "Any Lumi sensors or reader guards." West asked.

"No Lumi's and the guy at the table is a weak reader," Miri informed him.

"Ok, let's slow him first and fast. Then you sleep him." He instructed her.

She nodded and took his left hand.
