They arrived back at Miri's apartment. To her surprise, it was full of West luggage.
"Oh look my stuff's here, finally." He rummaged through his trunk.
"I can see that but why is it...here." She motioned around her apartment trying to count all the trunks and cases she saw scattered about.
"I'm moving in Mi amor." He responded with a huge grin.
"Uh what, you're what." Miri was completely confused.
"Well, we are betrothed." The prince winked at her then went back to digging through his things.
She turned around to think. He knows that was just pretending, he must be joking. Wait, he does know that was just right? Warm panic swept over her. Was she really engaged to West?
That would make me Mrs. Bercelo. No that would make me the princess consort as in one day the future Queen Bercelo. She felt her chest pounding.
Quickly turning around she saw West happily humming as he held up different outfits in front of himself in the mirror. Was this really going to be her future?
"Damn Bercelo you are one handsome hombre." He complimented himself raising an eyebrow. "Why thank you, you are not so bad yourself. The prince winked at his own reflection.
Oh lord, this could be my future, the rest of my life spent with a guy who talks to his own reflection. The thought of West as an old man and still doing this made her laugh.
"What's so funny Princesa," he asked
"Huh?" She questioned, pulling herself out of her thoughts.
"Oh it's nothing, I was just thinking of something." She smiled at him.
I could do worse, she thought to herself.
"You're right yellow is not my color." He tossed the shirt away.
"That's not what I..' Miri stopped, he was already in another trunk happily treasure hunting through his belongings.
Me and West married hmmm, now there's a thought. The fairy pondered to herself.
"What the hell is this I hear about you moving in here?!" Miri and West both jumped as her door flew open and there stood an enraged Nan.
"I gotta remember to lock that door." Miri thought to herself as she hung her head.
Never had the fairy seen her Aunt so angry so often as she had today.
West popped his head up from looking through a deep trunk.
"Oh, hey there Auntie Nan. I can call you that now right. Since we will officially be family soon." He smiled an innocent smile. Too innocent.
Aunt Nan roared like a bear as she climbed over trunks and cases. She headed straight for West.
"Not the face!" West exclaimed knowing he had literally poked the bear one time too many. The prince hopped back trying to get close to Miri, she was rushing to get in between.
"No, No, No, No, No, No." She shouted, "Don't kill him, Aunt Nan." Right as her Aunt went to jump off a chest at the Prince a strong pair of arms grabbed her from the air.
"Now, Lady Tiernan, you can't kill him. He's a prince. No matter how much, how very very much, we want to we can't." Those arms were attached to Flynn.
