Y/N's POV:

    I had finished packing everything that I'm gonna take to the Duel Academy. Uncle Seto told me that I would get my own dorm room and that I had the option of letting Jaden stay with me since he let Jaden know that I would be going to the Duel Academy. It was the middle of the school year for both of us and we were both first year students at our high schools/Duel Academy but he already knew people and I didn't, yet.

    Today was the day that I would be getting on a ship and heading over to Duel Academy Island but I was picking up two presents for my dads since I wasn't gonna be around anymore and I didn't want them to be lonely. I remember my Pops telling me how if I wasn't born, he was gonna get a puppy and my Dad told me the same except he would get a kitten so I went shopping the day before after I finished packing my clothes and found both a puppy and a kitten at a pet shop. The owner had told me that the puppy and kitten were found abandoned in an alleyway but when he tried to separate the two, they refused to be apart from each other which made it perfect for my dads because they didn't have to worry about the two fighting with each other.

    I was driving my Pop's truck to pick up the pets. I took the truck because I had my Duel Runner tied to the back since Uncle Seto told me that I'm allowed to bring it to the Duel Academy, telling me that there's a Turbo Dueling class that I could join.

    Yes, a freshly turned 16 year old knows how to drive a truck. Well, at least I do. Uncle Joey and Uncle Tristan made sure of it... Most terrifying weeks of my life, I'll tell you that.

    Once I reached the front the pet shop, I parked outside before walking into the shop to see the owner, Kevin, waiting, "Hi." I called out, seeing him turn towards me and smile, "Hi, you're here to pick up the puppy and kitten, right?" He asked as I nodded, "Yep, that's me, Y/N Sennen-Muto." I responded as he nodded and went to grab the two baby animals. Once he came back with them, the two baby animals whimpered and tried to get out of his grip to run to me, "They seem to like you already, I see." Kevin stated as I chuckled and nodded.

     After a few minutes of signing a few adoption papers for the two pets for my dads, I also grabbed the animals necessities like food, bowls, beds, training pads, a litter box, kitty litter, leashes, collars, and toys. I tossed everything into the truck and placed the two animals into a big box in the front seat so they wouldn't jump out.

   After I had everything, I bid Kevin farewell before I drove straight to the docks where I saw my family standing there. Waiting for me, no doubt since I'm now late. I parked and hopped out of the truck and was greeted with hugs from my family members, "Sweety, where were you at? It's almost time for you to leave." Pops said as his Violet-Pink eyes showed curiosity.

    I smiled at the question and went to the passenger side of the truck as everyone followed me, "Since I'm gonna be gone for so long, I didn't want you and Dad to get lonely so I got you guys a little something." I said as my dads walked closer to me. "Close your eyes." I told them as they did as I said but Uncle Joey and Uncle Tristan covered the two mens eyes with their hands just in case they tried to peek.

    I smiled and opened the passenger door, reaching into the box, grabbing both the puppy and kitten before turning to face my dads while everyone, except Uncle Seto, awed at the two baby animals in my arms.

     Ok, so maybe Uncle Seto awed a little bit.

    "Ok, open your eyes." I smiled as they both did what I said while I placed the puppy into my Pop's arms and the kitten into my Dad's arms, seeing them look from me to their arms as they gasped once they saw what they were holding. "Y/N." Pops whispered as tears came to his and Dad's eyes while they held the animals in their arms, "Do you like them? The shop owner told me that these two are extremely friendly with each other and they refuse to be separated from each other so I thought those two were perfect for you guys." I stated as my dads walked over to me and hugged me tightly, being careful not to hurt their new pets, "They're perfect. Thank you so much, Little one." Dad said as he pulled away and looked down at his new kitten.

    I smiled and gave the keys to the truck back to my dad, "I also bought them all their necessities so you don't have to buy them." I said as I pointed to the truck to see Roland and a few other of Uncle Seto's bodyguards getting down my duffle bags and Duel Runner. "You know I could have gotten them down," I started as I glanced at my Uncle, "Right?" Earning a smirk from the CEO, "Yeah but you're already gonna miss your ride to the Academy so might as well help you out." He explained as I gave him a pointed look. "But don't you own the boat and like EVERYTHING in Domino City?" I asked as his smirk grew, "Damn Right I do." He stated while I laughed and rolled my eyes, "It's time to go, Ms.Sennen-Muto." Roland said as I nodded and sighed, turning to the rest of my family to see my Aunts and Uncles had tears in their eyes. Especially my dads.

    Uncle Bakura had an arm around Uncle Ryou's waist, Uncle Marik had his head on Uncle Malik's shoulder, Uncle Duke was holding Uncle Tristan's hand, Uncle Joey was standing next to Uncle Seto and holding his hand, Aunt Mai was standing by Aunt Ishizu while holding her hand. Aunt Téa and Aunt Serenity were holding each others hands while smiling at me as Uncle Odion had his arms crossed over his chest but had a sad look on his face. I signed sadly, 'It sucks that Aunt Kylie isn't here to say bye.' I thought as I looked at my Uncle Odion with a comforting smile before I looked back at everyone else.

    I smiled at all of them before I hugged each of them and said bye before moving to my dads, who both had smiles on their faces while tears came down their faces, "Dads, don't be sad. I'll come visit with Jaden on holidays and breaks. You guys could even come visit on days like Family Visits." I said as I hugged both of them again as they nodded, kissing both my cheek and forehead before letting me go, walking to the boat and getting on.

    "I love all of you guys! See you later!" I called out as they returned the 'I love you' as Pops yelled out, "Be safe! And maybe bring home a girl when you come visit!" Making me blush and groan as I shook my head, chuckling once the boat started to sail. I continued to wave at my family until I couldn't see them anymore. I sighed but smiled, picking up my backpack and swung onto my right shoulder before I walked to the front of the boat, looking ahead to see the sun starting to set while the sky was a beautiful orange, pink, and gold.

    'It's not goodbye, just an 'I'll see you later' thing' I thought as I stared up at the sky that was starting to reveal the stars. Remembering what Pops told me, I chuckled and shook my head at the thought of actually finding a girl who would like me for me, "Yeah, that'll never happen." I told myself as I turned to head inside to my room to get some sleep.

    But Ra, was I wrong.
