The Reveal

Y/N POV:

    We had just reached the warehouse when Roman walked over to me as I pulled down my hood, "My King, what will we do now that the Signers know who we are?" He asked as I looked at him with a raised eyebrow. "That is easy, Roman. Misty would like to get revenge on Akiza while Carly would like to get revenge on Sayer and I will be with them. If I know my beloved Uncle Seto, and I do, he will no doubt allow Sayer to go with the Signers to come since he doesn't trust him. He also seems to know about us, so he'll help them track us down so once they show up, I want you to get the helicopter and be ready while the rest of you keep the other Signers distracted. Misty, Carly, and I will lead Akiza and Sayer to the Arcadia building, where they will have their duels." I announced as everyone agreed while I smirked, seeing my mark start glowing a bright red while the other Dark Signers marks started to glow as well. "Now, we should start getting in our positions. We have guests coming our way." I chuckled as they laughed as well before we separated and I went with the two girls outside of the Arcadia building while the boys went to keep watch.

    After a few minutes, we heard bikes approaching towards the building until the engines cut off and we began to hear people talking. I looked over at the other girls to see they were smirking which made me chuckle and push off of the wall I was leaning against to see the Signers had finally arrived. I heard them talking about how our trail goes cold around here before Misty stepped forward while Carly and I lifted our hoods to hide our identities before we followed her actions, seeing Rex, Devack, Greiger, and Kalin already surrounding the Signers.

    They all looked around to see they were surrounded but I locked eyes on Akiza, feeling my heart ache for some reason but I acted as if I didn't know her. Showing emotions right now is showing a weakness that I refuse to show. "Well well, looks like we have ourselves some unwanted guests, heh." Rex smirked as Kalin started to laugh like a maniac, "We're here to find our friends and put an end to whatever you guys are planning!" Yusei called out as I chuckled darkly and turned away from them, seeing Carly and Misty following my actions which made Sayer finally step forward.

    "Hey! Don't walk away from us!" Making Misty sigh and growl while she flipped her hair over her shoulder while a smirk came to her face, "Why don't we talk inside, Sayer and Black Rose? After all, this used to be your home." She announced before she grabbed my hand as Carly, her, and I took off running into the old Arcadia building while we heard yelling behind us as well as footsteps.

    It was dark inside the abandoned building so we had a hard time finding the stairs but once we did find them, we ran up them, keeping distance between us and the Signers.

    Once we stopped on what felt like the seventh floor, I turned to look at Carly as we all quickly caught our breaths. "Carly, why don't you meet Sayer at his old office? I'll stay with Misty to watch her duel with Akiza." I said as she nodded and she went down a different hallway and up some stairs while Misty and I went down the opposite hallway and laid against the wall to catch our breaths since we had to run up a few flights of stairs to reach this floor, having to stop a few times but we managed.

    We only had a few seconds to catch our breath before we heard voices a few feet down the hallway we had just came from. Damn, how did they manage to catch up to us so fast?! "I'll go to my old office since the person in orange went that way, you three go after Misty and the Netherworld King, they went down the other hallway." It was Sayer's voice but I stiffened slightly.

   Wait, did he say three?

    "Damn it, the men failed me." I mumbled as Misty and I heard their footsteps coming close, seeing Sayer turn down the other hallway where Carly had went down a little bit ago while the people stopped in the middle of the hallway to catch their breath. "Man, I do not miss those stairs." It was Akiza's voice while the other two people continued to try to get their breath back into their lungs, "I dunno how you used to do that everyday, Akiza but man I just admire you even more." This time it was Jaden which meant the other person was no doubt Yusei.

    Damn it, Kalin didn't distract this Signer.

    Misty chuckled darkly, earning the three people's attention as I turned to look at her before we turned and began running down the dark hallway since Greiger still hadn't turned the power on yet. "Get them!" Yusei's voice echoed in the empty hallway as their footsteps followed but soon I felt something or someone grab my hood and yank me towards them, forcing myself forward as I tried to keep running but I ended up tripping over something which sent me rolling and slamming against a railing, my back and head aching from the impact as I let my head hang low for a little bit to try to ease the pain I felt.

    I soon realized that I wasn't wearing my Dark Signer hood so now they will see my face, fuck. Just then, the lights turned on which worsened my situation. FUCK!

    "My King!" I heard Misty shout as she raced over to my side while I groaned, hearing a slight ringing in my ears from the impact, "Oh my gods, I am so sorry! I know you're evil and all but still! I'm sorry!" Jaden's voice echoed while I groaned and rested a gloved hand against the right side of my face before I looked up, seeing Akiza, Jaden, and Yusei looking at me with shocked looks which was soon followed by gasps from all three as I saw Jaden was the one who grabbed my hood and yanked it off me.

    "Y-Y/N?" Fuck.

Akiza's POV:

    I couldn't believe it, not only was Y/N here but she was the King of the Netherworld… My enemy. "Wait! Y/N is the King of the Netherworld?! She's the big bad?!" I heard Marik shout from the comm in my ear while I stared at the girl I was in love with, only seeing her once Y/EC eyes that held so much love and happiness were now blood red that held anger and hate once she looked at us… At me. "Yami and I are on our way with Calvin and the others. Akiza, remember what I told you back in your room back at the Duel Academy." I heard Yugi's voice but I was more focused on Y/N.

    She didn't look like my Y/N anymore, she was so different… She was evil.

    I glared at Misty as she helped Y/N to her feet, noting how a blush came onto the blue eyed girl's face as Y/N grabbed her hand. Once Y/N stood on her feet, she began popping her back before she snatched her hood from Jaden's grip and glared at him as she put it back on but left her hood down now that we knew who she really was.

   "Misty here will be dueling Akiza." Was all Y/N said which made Misty smirk and turn to look at me, "What why?" Jaden questioned only to meet his cousin's glare, "Because she and Sayer took something from me three years ago. They took my brother and I want to know where he's at." Misty snapped while her smirk seemed to grow. "Sayer is already getting what he deserves up at his office. Carly seemed so excited to have a rematch with the man who threw her off a cliff to die." Misty snickered but soon realized what she said, seeing Y/N turn her piercing red eyes to her while a low growl left her lips.

    "Tsk, just be glad that only these three heard about Carly. Now, Misty, it's time for your revenge." Y/N chuckled as Misty agreed. 'If only you know, Y/N. Jack isn't going to like this at all. No one will.' I thought as Misty apologized for her slip up but before she could turn on her Duel Disk, Yugi and Yami rushed over and stopped dead in their tracks once they saw Y/N standing there as a full on Dark Signer. "Tsk, great. Seems like my beloved fathers wish to see your demise, Signer." Y/N spat which felt like a stab to my heart.

    It's ok, Akiza, this isn't your Y/N. She's being brainwashed and manipulated by something. Your Y/N is still in there. Somewhere.

    "Not if I have a say in this! I'll be dueling with Akiza." Yugi announced as he stepped next to me and slid his deck into the deck slot of his pink and white Duel Disk. "Hmm, two against one doesn't seem very fair. My King, will you do me the honor of dueling alongside me?" Misty asked as she held out her hand towards Y/N which made me fight back a growl that threatened to leave my lips.

    'Please don't do it. Please don't agree. Please-' "Of course, Misty. I would love to." Y/N smirked as I felt my heart breaking as I watched the girl I was in love with take Misty's hand and stand across from me and her father while she activated her Duel Disk, her red eyes glowing a bright red as well as her marks on her arms and face. "Let the duel begin." Y/N announced but her voice sounded rough and deep compared to her regular soothing voice

    How the hell can I help the girl that I love when all she wants to do is destroy me?
