The Beginning of the End PT: 1

Yugi, Yami, Yusei, and Akiza LP: 8000

     "Before we start, let me start off by saying that this duel is a little different so I'll explain as we go but for now, instead of drawing four cards, we'll be drawing out six, almost maxing out our hands." I explained as they looked skeptical at my words but followed my actions as I drew my cards. We all drew our six starting cards before I turned to look at the duelists I was going against, "I'll go first, I draw!" I said as I drew a card and added it to my hand.

     I looked over my hand to see I drew my 'Night Guiders' (CIMU) (LVL 4; ATK:1900; DEF:1600), 'Gath The Beast of Terrors' (CIMU) (LVL 6; ATK:2500; DEF:2000), 'Wolf of Darkness' (CIMU) (LVL 4; ATK:1900; DEF:1600), 'Corrupted Rules' (CIMU), 'Call of the Dark Warriors' (CIMU), 'Ice Thrasher'(CIMU) (LVL 3; ATK:500; DEF:2400) and 'Standoff' (CIMU). This must have been the best hand I have ever drawn.

     "I'll start things off by activating 'Gath The Beast of Terrors' effect from my hand. I can special summon it by revealing a 'Dark' type 'Beast' monster from my hand and sending it to the graveyard." Showing them 'Night Guiders' before I sent the card to the graveyard and grabbed Gath. "Now, appear to my side, 'Gath the Beast of Terrors'!" I called as I summoned my monster, seeing the beast release a loud screech as it appeared to my field. "Next, I'll activate 'Night Guiders' effect! Because I sent it from my hand to the graveyard, you all have to reveal your hands and discard any spell or trap cards." I announced as they showed me their hands before discarding all spell and trap cards, seeing as Yami and Akiza had spell cards while Yugi and Yusei had trap cards.

     "With that, I'll end my turn for now." I said as Yugi stepped forward, "It's my turn! I draw!" Watching as he drew a card and added it to his hand before looking it over, "So how is this going to go? You get four turns while we only get one each round?" Yusei asked as I chuckled and shook my head. "No. You all are playing my game, a type of Shadow game that I created for the ones who would try to take me down." I said as I scanned their faces along with the others. "I will be going one time per round as well, just like you all. It goes from me, then Yugi, then Yami, then Yusei, and lastly, Akiza. During this round though, neither of us are allowed to attack each other. After, it then repeats the pattern, much like this pattern of the Signers versus the Dark Signers." I announced as Yusei eyed me, "What's the catch, Wolf, since I know that's not Y/N talking. She would never want to do this." Yusei said as I laughed and sighed while shaking my head, "Oh Fudo, you really are pathetic. Always trying to see the so-called 'Good' in people even if there isn't any. Just like the first Signer." I chuckled as they looked at me confused, seeing Ares aka Duncan appear as my shadow but he, himself, seemed confused.

     "Trying to see the 'Good' in people is what got him killed and it's going to be your downfall as well. Now shut up and make your move." I growled as Yugi released the breath he was holding before he summoned out 'Marshmacaron' (LVL 1; ATK:200; DEF;200) In face up defense position. "Then, I'll set one card face down and I'll end my turn." Yugi said as it was now Yami's turn, "It's my turn, I draw!" Yami called as he drew a card, adding it to his hand before he looked it over.

     "By discarding one card from my hand, I'm able to summon this monster to my side. Come forth, 'The Tricky' (LVL 5; ATK:2000; DEF:1200)!" He said as his monster came to his side. "Next, I'll activate the spell card, 'Pot of Greed' to let me add two new cards to my hand." Yami continued as he drew two cards and looked at them. "Next, I'll set one card face down and I'll end my turn." He finished which only started Yusei's turn. "It's my turn, I draw!" Yusei called as he drew a card and added it to his hand. "Before you continue, let me tell you more about this game of mine. You all may share the outer field but not your inner field aka, your Duel Disk. For example, Yugi and Yami have monsters on the field but Yusei and Akiza don't so if Yusei wanted to special summon a monster depending on if he has any monsters on his field, he can. In other words, you all have your own field, in a way. Yusei has five slots to fill up and the same goes for all of you but once you summon a monster and it appears onto the field, any of your partners can use it for anything. In total, you all can have a total of twenty monsters on the field." I explained as they looked at me like I was insane... Maybe I am just a little but I wanted a challenge.
