Y/N's POV:
Who knew those few words would cause so much chaos in a matter of seconds? It was as if time stopped for me but continued for everyone else around me. My dads, aunts, and Uncles arguing with Zack, demanding that there has to be another way while the boy continued to tell them that there wasn't. At least, if there was, he never knew about it nor did he find it...If defeating Zorc back then needed a sacrifice, why shouldn't this one have one as well?I finally snapped out of my thoughts when I heard screaming which was followed by my dragons roaring, turning quickly to see Zorc was closer and making the village that was behind the Palace walls a wasteland. It looks like we were finally out of time. "Y/N?" I turned towards my dads to see their clothes changed once again, going back to their Egyptian clothing which meant mine did as well, making me the Pharaoh once again, "The game is still going." Akiza stated as I agreed but soon the guards and warriors rushed to my side, asking for a plan or for answers that I didn't have. "My Pharaoh! There you are!" Turning again to see Mana and Mahad rushing over to me as well, "My Pharaoh, what should we do? Zorc is right at the entrance and if we don't act fast then things will only get far more worse from here on out." Mahad rushed out as I felt my heart rate pick up in both fear and anger, glancing around to see so many people injured already because they wanted to help protect their homes and loved ones.
I swallowed the lump that formed in my throat as I turned towards my family and friends, seeing that they were waiting for my answer as well, which I still felt unsure of until I finally met Akiza's soft and loving honey brown eyes, seeing how they were practically begging me to not go and sacrifice myself. 'I love you so much.' I mouthed to her before I quickly turned towards Mahad and Mana, "Keep them safe and keep them here, no matter how much they scream and beg. Use your magic if you have to but you will and must keep them here where it's safe." I demanded as I heard my dads already freaking out, "My Pharaoh-" "That's an order from your Pharaoh, Mahad!" I interrupted him as he was hesitant yet surprised and probably a little impressed by my sudden outburst. "Can I trust you to keep them safe?" I added in a hard tone once he didn't speak up after a couple of seconds, watching as he still seemed unsure but he nodded nonetheless which made me smile softly and give him a nod, "Thank you and I'm sorry." I said, directing the 'I'm sorry' part towards my family and friends before I pushed past Mahad and took off running while fighting back the tears that threatened to fall once I heard my dads, my friends, and the rest of my family crying out and begging me to come back but I continued running, forcing myself not to look back.
"Green Eyes! Black Eyes! Let's go!" I shouted to my dragons, who instantly perked up at my shouting and began flying next to me as I ran until I reached the edge of a small cliff, jumping off and landing onto Black Eyes's back as we flew off towards Zorc, who was still a few miles out. When we got closer to Zorc, Green Eyes charged right into the overlord, sending him flying backwards before I jumped from Black Eyes and onto Green Eyes just as Black Eyes bit into Zorc's arm and threw him further backwards, trying to keep the dark lord away from the innocent people and my family. "You!" Zorc hissed as I quickly got my balance as I stood up on Green Eyes' back, "This ends here and now Zorc!" I shouted, which made the overlord laugh, "And you plan to stop me by yourself?" he questioned as I still felt unsure but it was the only way to win this damn game. "What? Scared of me already?" I smirked, trying to get rid of the fear that I felt by playing cocky, which seemed to piss Zorc off even more since he growled and angrily got back to his feet while he glared at me, his red eyes showing nothing but anger and hate.
I quickly snapped out if my thoughts when I saw that he began shooting fire towards my direction which made Green Eyes quickly dodge it as Black Eyes zoomed over and tackled into Zorc but the dark lord managed to grab a hold of him and slammed my dragon into the ground with so much force that it created a crater around him. "Black Eyes!" I shouted, feeling pain rush through me that made me double over and cry out in agony, earning Green Eyes attention as he glanced back at me, looking up just as Zorc swung his giant hand towards us, smacking us out of the air and right into the ground. I screamed in pain, seeing as Green Eyes had landed on top of me while I also felt like I had broken something. Or maybe more than just something, I couldn't tell right now. I whimpered and used as much of my strength to slid out from under my dragon which made them groan while I winced but I pulled through and quickly got to my feet to check over Green Eyes to make sure they were ok, glancing over towards Black Eyes to see Zorc stomping over towards him. "Black Eyes!" I shouted as I winced and fell to my knees, hissing at the amount of pain I was feeling but forced myself onto my feet nonetheless and raced over towards my other dragon and placed myself between him and Zorc, as if to stop the giant dark overlord in his tracks from hurting one of my precious dragons once again.
